Hosts, space, privacy, location everything!
In that part of the country there are many insects, but this is not about the property. Its about flora and fauna where the property is located (Istria).

Not much. Close to the beach.
Old, rundown. Ants, spiders, cobwebs here and there. Not really clean room and bathroom. Disappointing.

Wifi didn't work most of the time, there was only one toilet paper (we stayed 3 nights), plates in the cupboard were greasy so I had to clean them before using

Apartment was small but cute and big enough for 2 people it had little kitchen with everything u need and a sweet little balcony.5-10min walk to the swimming pool or beach.They let us stay in a bit longer on the check out day which we really did apreciate.
The only thing missing is hair dryer everything else is fine.

Easy to find, no traffic, washing machine (inc.washing powder and fabric softener), nice garden, towels, bathtub, beach is within 1 km, seemingly fresh interior painting
some of the electricity sockets were not working, one cable hanging out of the wall, problem with the cleanliness (dead bugs in the window, limescale in the tub), no microwave oven, zero spice (little salt, no pepper, or tea) no sponge for washing the dishes
