IF THERE WAS AN OPTION TO RATE THIS 100 I WOULD. Amazing place with an amazing staff. Everyone is so helpful, nice and accomadating! The hotel is awesome, food? Dont even get me started, pure magic! I would recommend it to everyone. Best worth for the price! Zorna i hope to see u next year aswell :)

Great location, very pleasant staff, good food, parking, all inclusive offer. Room is simple, but they moved us when we needed a quiet room, which was much appreciated.
Even after moving rooms, we didnt get much sleep because of lots of noise from outside and from neighbours. But we appreciated that the hotel moved us after first night.

Great holidays with more activities in all inclusive. Amazing staff, food, entertaining also for children every Day. Small, but Clean rooms. I recommend hotel Zorna.
I dont Like the sea area, but whole Istria looks Like that. Too much People at dinner.

The staff in this hotel is really great, everyone is helpful and take care about customers despite lot of work, in our 8 nights there everytime when we had contact with bartenders and cleaners they were amazing, better service you cannot expect!
This was our second and probably last year here unfortunately, there are some stuff we really didnt like.
1. Contacted hotel some days before check in and asked to get room on lower floors because of the small kid, never get reply and we got room on the top floor :(
2. Paid extra to get room on sea side, got a room directly over the kitchen, everytime when we opened balcony door we got kitchen fumes in our room. Not so good when you pay extra for the room
3.too litle bartenders, sometimes wait time for a drink is too long
4. On our 6th day when we went in from pool to take a drink security started screaming that we need to have a tshirt (that was not a problem last year and first 6 days this year) he screamed to some people and some he let in without the tshirt. Really unpleasant experience.
5. Glass is forbidden in the pool area because of the safety, some guys had a party downthere with many glasses at the KIDS POOL, i have said to lady at the reception about that, she was "shocked", three hours later, nobody done a thing about glass at the pool.
6. Elevator is rubbish, real rubbish.

Animation activities were impressive with musicals and dance performances as well as fireworks; excellent food; child friendliness generally and from the animation staff who were very talented and welcoming.
One staff member at the bar was rather rude because hasty. Some also did not understand the orders (maybe issues with English?). The only public toilet is rather far from the swimming pool and a bit unpractical.

Food was great, and room and facilities are very clean.
I was not happy with the service. Staff was unpleasant and showed no interest in making anyone's stay more comfortable. I would highly suggest some customer service courses. Room was on the third floor with no elevator so be ready to carry your suitcases three stories up. Bathroom was so tiny that it was almost claustrophobic, and toilet seat looked like the one made for toddlers. I could have overlooked all of this and not write this honest but shitty review if the staff was a little more pleasant.
