It was fantastic stay , because we was looking for silent and quiet place. Excellent owners of the property and beautiful sea view from our room.
Great breakfast ( maybe too boring for longer stay )
Shame the property didnt serve dinners anymore. It was difficult to find something to eat around.
Our room / bathroom wasnt exactly the same as we saw on pictures.

We have just returned from a fantastic 5 days stay at Villa Pitomcia. We upgraded to the Deluxe Queen Room which actually is more of a self contained apartment than a room. It had a bedroom, kitchen area and living room area with an outside patio area. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully equipped. Breakfast is served on the patio area with a fantastic view over the gardens and Adriatic coast. The bus stops are 5 mins walk away, supermarket over the road and bars within a 5 to 10 mins walk. Hosts are really friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay and highly recommended accommodation.
When booking make sure you realise that Podstrana is an area along the coast. The village of Podstrana is actually up in the hills and not a small fishing village etc close by that you can walk to. There are shops and bars etc within walking distance of the Villa but a lot do close out of main season. But you can reach Split by public bus in 30 mins or Omis (the other direction) in about 25 mins for a couple of Euros each.

Breakfast was excellent and tables in garden. The owners were so helpful. The arranged reliable taxi driver to pick me up at airport and also return to airport. I arrived with stitches in my leg from a cut that happened 2 weeks earlier. I needed them removed. They called their doctor and Mario drove me to the doctor and waited for me and we were back at hotel 20 minutes later and doc was only 30 euros. Their son drive drove to pharmacy to buy bandages I needed. 2 mornings I left early to go to split and the owner made me a bag of breakfast food the night before to put in my refrigerator. There is nice promenade walkway along the sea with beautiful beaches to swim and restsurants and very well lit up at night. Felt totally safe here. Pool was clean and plenty of chairs to sit. Thank you for everything you all helped me with. Was happy to stay in quiet place and not in the city of Split. Beautiful fruit trees and flowers everywhere.

We only stayed one night on our way to Mostar. We had a room with a view and a balcony, not modern or spacious, but very clean, beds comfortable. It was nice, having a pool and access to the beach with a nice garden and free parking. Although the road is just a short distance away, we slept well, the room was quiet. Breakfast was very good. Considering the price, this is a very good option for more than one night. Supermarket across the road. We would book it again.
Room on second floor without elevator - although we knew that. Hotel was difficult to find, we passed by two times, before we finally made it.

We loved our stay at Villa Pitomcia. This hotel itself is quaint and comfortable, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. The breakfast each morning was fantastic! The location was excellent as the property is right on the beach, but you also have access to the pool and plenty of lounge options. Our room was spacious and clean, and we absolutely loved the ocean view from our terrace!

Amazing beach front location with a pool to cover everyones needs! Staff couldnt have been more helpful with catering to our needs! Dinner was amazing and breakfast was even better. Very generous continental breakfast.
Slightly more dated decor than the images let on but still very clean and comfortable.

No sunbeds on the beach (only in garden). Uncleaned bird droppings. Big traffic on the way to Split. Rebooking without consulting me.

Everything perfect. We stayed in the appartment but our friends had a room. Both were well worth the money. Right on waterfront, a very well tended garden and everything very clean. Lovely to sit on the patio and enjoy breakfast. A packed breakfast is offered as an alternative if you are out early. Just ask. Nothing is too much trouble for the two owners. A bus stop outside gives easy access to & from Split. Therre is a supermarket witihn 50 yards of hotel. Very convenient.

Great place to relax, away from the buzz of split and right on the water. The beach walk is very relaxing and you can spend a whole day in the hotel and be completely satisfied.
The breakfast was great every morning. We enjoyed it from the outdoor seating. The staff were very polite and inviting.
Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

The proximity of the accommodation to the sea, the beautiful and well kept garden, the flexibility to use the sun beds before check in. The pool was also great and there were enough sun beds for everyone.
The furniture in the rooms is quite outdated and it would be useful to renovate it to increase the comfort. We have an early breakfast, maybe if we started half an hour earlier it would help this type of people

Ample parking, great sized rooms, and a very comfortable bed. The view is just amazing from the balcony. Rear garden access to the sea promenade. Own pool if you don't prefer the sea. Bus stop just opposite the main road with frequent services to Split. Shoutout to the reception staff as I had a slow puncture and they could recommend a local tyre shop for a quick and cheap fix. Breakfast is excellent and gives you enough boost till dinner. If you do not prefer the noise of the city but still want to stay close this is the right place for you.
