Location right on the beach, beautiful breakfast
The rooms were a little dated and the pillows were very soft. The bath towels were very rough.

We loved EVERYTHING about this property. I would not consider another place ever again. So clean, so beautiful, the property has the prettiest gardens WOW our room was an entire little house with lots of storage and everything we needed. Breakfast was over the top.

Lovely grounds, breakfast OK and easy access for transport.
I did request a special message or possibly to do something for a 70th celebration in the room on arrival and I would cover the cost I was on the understanding that it was going to be fulfilled from a conversation I had with the villa but didn’t do anything I was extremely disappointed in that.

The villa is on perfect location next to the sea, so from balcony you can watch it whenever you want. It also has a swimmingpool and small beutiful garden with a tons of shadows for resting. In reach there is post office in case you would like to send a postcard, but otherwise is the surrandings bit empty. Close by is bus stop of line to going to Split, it will take you there in 30 minutes.
Rooms are comofortable, but furniture is very old and doesnt look nice. The bed was comfortable, nice and new.
Personal was smiling and friendly. It has private parking spot.
Breakfast is serve at terrase in garden, that is very nice and relaxing.
I was very dissapointed by breakfast. The breakfast is poor - they serving it to the table and it contains bread, cheap cheese and ham, cheapest jogurts, cheapest juice (which is not even juice but some sweet liquid), some spreads, one fried egg and the worst -> instant coffee. What was positive was that you get a frash croissant (except Sundays). Fruits you get are not cut, but you getting them whole (apple, banana).
So if they would fix the juice for real juice and instant coffee for filter coffee, it would be decent breakfast.
Also the rooms look old, so it is really hurting your stay, because you feel, that the villa is not investing money into their visitors. And the stay is not exactly cheap. So for the price it was not adequate.

Location lovely as regards seafront and scenery, however there was only one bar/restaurant open in the evenings in the locality. Several bars/restaurants shut However it's the end of September, so maybe understandable.

5*****Excellent. Everything was fantastic. Our room overlooking the pool and sea, was spotless, bed so comfy.
Restaurants either side of the Villa, along the beachfront. Parking right on sight, away from the main road.
Breakfast was great and plentiful. It was so safe to walk around at night. Beautiful garden.
Cannot recommend highly enough.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, right on the seafront with the promenade being accessible from the garden. The garden is really pretty with lots of flowers and palms and olive trees plus plenty of sun loungers.
The balcony of our apartment was very spacious and had a fantastic view over the garden and to the sea.
Our room was very clean and spacious and we found the bed to be comfortable.
The sunset from the beach next to the hotel was stunning!
The breakfast is plentiful and tasty- a variety of cheese, ham, croissants, breads, yoghurt etc.
We ate outside in the garden, the views of the sea.
We only stayed for one night but would have happily stayed longer!

Lovey stay at the Villa Pitomcia, we arrived early in the morning and even though the room understandably wasn't ready for us, we left the luggage and were invited to use the facilities. Lovely family run hotel with beautiful gardens and views of the sea and evening sunsets. Great location for a stroll along the coastline to nearby bars and restaurants and also 2 supermarkets just across the road. Really relaxing atmosphere would highly recommend a stay here.

We stayed in the apartment which was wonderful. It had a little kitchen, lounge and dining area. Very homely and perfect location right on the beach.
The breakfast could have been better, maybe having a buffet works best so each persins serves what they like. The cheese, hams, salamis etc were from a packet and were alittle hard on the edges so not so fresh. Serving fresh cheese from the region would have been so much better and more authentic.

Accommodation was spotless and included a kitchen which we were not expecting. Swimming pool was perfect with plenty of sunbeds and the beach (shingle) was just a couple of steps outside the back of the hotel. Hosts were very kind & helpful providing everything we needed. Beach bars & a restaurant were a short walk away. Loved it!
A restaurant on site would have been the icing on the cake.
