Right beside the sea. Staff was extremely friendly. Fast service. Pizza and food was amazing. Room was clean and balcony had a perfect view of the water. Definitely would go back. Family friendly.

The property was excellent, clean and the room spacious, they also have a restaurant where you can have dinner near the sea. A lot of parking spots available. What made the difference though was the lovely staff, very helpful and extra friendly.

Our bungalow had an amazing view at the sea. The beach is at your feet and the sunbeds are free to use for the residents of the hotel. The parking is also free.
For your restaurant I would suggest to you to include in your menu some traditional dishes.

Right on the beach. Very comfortable for children to swim.

To have an umbrella you have to wake up at 6 am to put your towels!!!
The pizzeria Mario’s dishes are rather tasty but nothing exceptional. Plus, too much expensive!
Our room for 3 was too small. Very rudimentary equipment.
The breakfast is awful! The choice is inexistant! You have to rush to get your egg or piece of bread!!! Sorry, but it’s ashame. If you have no possibility to assure a breakfast to your guests, don’t propose it then!

Perfect location. Right on the beach and good local bus service. Mario and others were so helpful and sincere. Although the room I booked said there were coffee making facilities, there weren’t but Mario provided me with a kettle and cup and spoon in no time at all. Also very accommodating with an early breakfast when I had to leave for a boat trip.

The beachfront was pretty. Coffee was nice at breakfast. Free parking.
The towels need to be replaced they are very old. The location is too far from Split and you will need your own transport to get around. Staff could be a little more friendly to guests. The breakfast buffet only starts at 8 am, which is quite late in the day if you want to get to Split and do sightseeing. Breakfast was very basic.

Very good location, close to Split, Makarska and all the beaches. Plenty of restaurants around by walking distance. The beach is just few steps (literally 1 min) outside the villa which is great. Plenty of sunbeds (free).
