Wonderful
Sanja and the staff were lovely and most helpful.
Sanja was always at hand to answer questions and give guidance. The room was clean when we arrived and cleaned once during our 10 days. This felt enough for us but i know if we had asked for another clean it would have been fine The accommodation was self-catering, which gave us freedom to choose when and where to eat.There was a laundry room which was abailable freely to guests. .The pool was lovely and clean, as was the garden.
Really liked the location as it was not in the centre of Split but quieter and more peaceful. Getting around was super easy. Principessa was very close to the beach. Podstrana was a lovely little beach resort with enough restaurants and bars along the front with a variety of food. There were plenty of supermarkets around for supplies.
The weather was perfect! 27-30 most days with plenty of sunshine (:
The cooking facilities were limited to 2 hotplates, which limited what we could plan for meals. Also, the utensils were basic, and there was little room to add more cooking facilities. I would have preferred a bigger space with a separate kitchen, which I believe Villa Principessa has available but not for our dates. I didn't like cooking in the same room we slept.
Peaceful and quiet most of the time, occasional noise from the main road but not an issue for us.

Such a beautiful property. The rooms were immaculate, gorgeous pool and BBQ area with tea and coffee supplies. The host Sanja is very welcoming and provides lots of local information for resturants and things to do. We would definitely stay again

Quiet and calm place in a very comfortable location (between Split and Omi). Few minute walk to the Sea.
Very clean apartment with everything you would need in it.

Great place to stay if you're looking for somewhere in Podstrana. The pool area was lovely and the room and outside area was perfect for what we needed. Near small supermarket for supplies and bus stop for making your way to Split or Omis. Easy to get to the beach by taking the underpass.
if you are going, make sure you head in to Split before 6pm. The traffic through Podstrana and Strobec is really bad.

Very kind host, really helpful approach toward guests. The apartment is very close to Split, and only max 2-3 min walking distance from the beach (clean, pebbles)

The whole building garden room were absolutely spotless. The pool area was stunning - hosts extremely helpful. Free parking further up the road and a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants

We truly enjoyed our stay and would like to return soon. Sanja is a wonderful and very accommodating host. Anything we needed, she was available to assist. The pool was amazing, a lot of nearby grocery stores, villa was quiet, good quality laundry room, lots of available towels, fridge that cooled really well, restaurants nearby had delicious food and the nearby beach ... OMG! We found this beach to be among the nicest we got to visit in Croatia. This location is about a 30 to 45 minute drive outside of Split. Sometimes there's a bit of traffic but you're on vacation... just relax ... give yourself extra time ... but relax . I am from Canada (Toronto) and my boyfriend is from the US in the military stationed in Germany. We are both so excited to visit again soon. If you're thinking about going just book it and enjoy!!!

Clean and comfortable; nice towels and pool towels provided.
Great balcony and lovely pool area (coffee maker by the pool is a nice touch). Dipping pool good to cool off. Not beach-front but could see the sea a bit around the building in front.
Private free parking.
Very friendly host, on-site, helpful and quick response.
3-min walk to beach and small market; although 30 min to Split old town (and difficult parking there)
Safety lights in hallway - theyve put some effort into making it nice.
Cash payment makes it very difficult (exchanging or ATM withdraw in Croatia charges 15% loss to the exchange rate plus fees).
Expensive - although not unique to this place - obvious high demand for Croatian coast - and they seemed full, so fair enough.
Advertised a washing machine, but there was not one.
Kitchen not rally suited for cooking (no provisions like oil or salt - its more a hotel than a home, which is fine, just that style).

Beautiful garden, great rooms and nice pool. Close to the beach and restaurants in Podstrana
Cleaning was a bit bad. Spider webs in the roof. Also, the walk to the beach from the property felt like an old sewer.

Spotlessly clean, spacious room with own balcony, hot shower, massive and cosy bed. We love the laundry room, perfect. Host was absolutely lovely and couldnt do enough for us. We are definitely coming back.

Gorgeous location
Studio apartment. Very well equipped, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Laundry room well equipt,
washing machine, tumble dryer and iron.
The outside area was beautiful.
The attention to detail was amazing. The owners are very friendly and helpful.
Coffee available pool side.
Pool and poolside perfect for families, couples or friends.
Location provides easy transport via car or bus to split and omis, beach a five minute walk away.
