Really friendly hostess, tried to explain everything we asked, but she spoke no English, so communication difficult. Nevertheless, she was helpful throughout our stay, even escorted us to the nearby bus stop to catch the bus into Split. The apartment itself was well fitted out, everything we wanted for self catering. The location very handy for the beaches, one directly opposite the apartment, handy for a swim before breakfast, and amuchnicer one 200 meters away, just east of the marina.
The main road looked bad, but no problem, access easy and no noise overnight thanks to efficient double glazing.

We loved everything about these apartments! Stefica the her daughter are very attentive and respond in a timely manner. She washed our clothes and towels, which was so helpful. The apartments are very large with a balcony overlooking the Marina and super close to the beach. It has everything you need to make meals. Grocery stores and bakery in a walking distance. Bus stops right in front of the location. Short driving distance to beautiful Split!
The only thing I think would have helped is an ironing board.

The family who host it was all very friendly and service minded. The room was very big.
I missed shower gel, schampoo etc. The bed was hard. The area is a bit too far away from Split for the prices the accomodations take here. What drags down the rating the most is that it was not possible to pay with card which was the only place that did not accept card. This was not visible when booking and if we would have known that we would not have booked it.

The room is clean and the host is very nice, friendly and helpful. The apartment is right across from the beach. There are markets and restaurants near the house. 15 minutes by car to split oldtown and also passes in front of the house on the bus.

The apartment was spatious and very clean. Two nice terasses on both sides of the house. The host was lovely and helpful. A good spot to stay at close to communications and shops.
There is a road with quite heavy trafic outside the house.

Clean and neat apartment, quite a roomy bathroom and a nice balcony. 1 minute walk from a supermarket and a few minutes walk to the beach. Very nice host as well!

Large apartment with 2 bedrooms and balcony located close to nice beach with small (for Croatian standards) rocks
Pictures do not show it, but there is busy and noisy street in front of balcony. However it is rather quiet after 22 and during the day you are not in the apartment anyway :) Not many restaurants in nearby - there are few good "fast food" bar, but if you want to sit and eat, expect longer walk (~20 minutes to Stobrec). There are three apartments here and if all guests arrive by car, parking can be challenging (but possible :) )

The best part was a lovely host, Stefanie was an amazing host and provided us with keys on arrival. The accomodation was well prepared, very clean and well explained by the host. The features of the accomodation were as expected, a working Airco, fully functional kitchen, well equipped bathroom and room. the exciting feature was a sea facing balcony. The location is excellent, just 50 mt from the beach (sandy beach "Sandstrand Strozanac") with loads of fast food joints right across the street. Property has a parking space - free for guests. The super market is right next door (less than 20 mt) - for fresh baked croissant, bread, fruits, packed snacks and bottled water. There is a big public parking less than 100mt away for beach visitors which can be used as a pickup point for UBER. Uber to the SPLIT city center (RIVA) was on average 70 KUNA (one way) and takes about 10 min.
Paying in cash can be challenging - so better carry cash or withdraw from the ATM across the road.
