Hotel Sunce
I went at the end of the season. October. If you want to relax, do exactly like me. A maximum of 6 rooms were occupied. The hotel has an excellent location. Your own beach is literally two meters away. There is a restaurant with a breakfast terrace, and a bar with access to the beach. There is a swimming pool, sauna and gym. The beach is framed by breakwaters. Clean. The water is an unreal azure color. The hotel provides sunbeds and umbrellas free of charge. The rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfast was prepared by the owner Mira even for 3 guests, a buffet was always prepared. If you wish, they can prepare an omelette separately. Mira is always caring, like a mother Laundry services are available. You can also iron your clothes. You can order lunch at the beach bar, or dinner at the restaurant on the terrace. There is also a large selection of restaurants along the beach, no matter which direction you choose to go. There are also Water Sports offices. Within walking distance there is a bakery, shop and pharmacy.
Next year I will definitely return there. And I recommend it to everyone.

Perfect location for a restful holiday with a private beach. Hotel is nice.
The German lady is awfully rude. Only speaks German and continuously will only speak German leading to absolute miscommunication. She also does everything so ordering food and drinks is alot of effort and takes more than 1.5 hours.

Great location on the beach within walking distance of lovely bars and restaurants.
We booked the room with a terrace as the photos on booking.com showed a large terrace with chairs and sun beds. Our terrace was nothing like that with hardly room for two sun bed one behind the other. I felt that we did not get the room as depicted in the photos. There was no restaurant.

I am American so I like cold refrigeration and air conditioner, this was not as cold as I preferred.

direct private beach access with beachbead and umbrella free of charge , breakfast is nice ,the amigos restaurant nearby has impecable service and good food .private parking , studenac market 200m away it's nicely located
the beachbar should really open faster after 12 o'clock if you get breakfast at 8 and to the beach at 9 there is a 3 hours to wait to get a nice cold drink is a bit much.
the room minibar fridge was not cooling probably weak peltier tipe fridge ...

Stuff are very friendly!
The AC barely worked, the room looks different than in the pictures (they really make the pictures look much nicer than it actually is), the price was way too high for this kind of room!

Location and access to beach
The AC didnt work, it was too hot. Breakfast was limited. Wi-Fi and fridge in the room didnt work as well.
Since the ACs were not working it was suffocating in the room and no fan provided.
The owner was a bit too much, she had too many rules.
She was constantly watching over her guests in a weird way which was limiting in terms of using any facilities.
The location and access to beach was a plus and that was the best about this facility.

Location location was beautiful. Your directly on a beach with the hotel sun lounges. They have their own cafe/bar. Parking located at property. Rooms have balcony with uninterrupted sea views. Buffet breakfast was good for a small boutique hotel.

The view from the balcony looking straight onto a delightful small beach was wonderful. The staff were charming and couldn't have been more helpful with any requests. I would totally recommend Hotel Sunce to all my friends.

The location: perfect, in front of the beach. The beach: great, white pebbles, water transparent. Great beach chairs and umbrellas, at no additional cost. The area: very nice and tidy, nice properties all around. The breakfast was plentiful, with a great buffet.
If the restaurant had been open for dinner. However, nearby there is a great, gret restaurant,
