Wonderful
Roomy apartment located just a 3-minute walk
down to the shore of the Adriatic Sea, with good swimming and sunbathing there and a lovely (crowded) beach just south of there in front of Le Meridian hotel resort. Kitchen was modestly equipped for cooking meals. We appreciated the big bed and great wifi. We enjoyed hanging out on the patio. The owner was very nice and a responsive communicator. The cost for 3 days was very reasonable.
The windows had no screens and the mosquitoes took advantage of that.

We got an apartment on the ground floor, it doesn't have a view for the sea, but everything was perfect and comfy, and the sea is about 1 minute walk, so it wasn't a problem for us. We had a great stay. :)
In the kitchen there wasn't any flat plate, it was the only "problem"

Place was really clean and the host was easy to contact.
All apartments are air-conditioned but one of them was situated in the lounge and not in the bedroom. Had to sleep in the lounge instead to stay cool.

close to the white sand beach. Also Podstrana is beautiful, close to split, just around 10 mins by car.

it was nice and spacious, extremely clean and there were plenty of towels which was good as the beach is literally in your front yard. the host were amazing I cant remember his name but he was an absolute legend super understanding when I had a bad hangover and let me pay on the day of check out
was a little hard to get taxis in to town but was only a 10 minute drive once you had a taxi

Its a nice place, we have been late and the host had no problem with that. She was very friendly and we were very cordially received. Thank you.!
It is written very small, that the cleaning of the room makes 30. It make sense, becaus its a big room. But very seldom at booking.com. We have been surprised.
