The location can’t be beat!
Steps to the water. Fantastic restaurants a few steps further. Bakery across the street. Grocery store within walking distance.
The unit is incredibly clean and modern and the host is friendly and helpful.
I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!

I visited Rome for my daughters graduation from her study abroad grad school, and took her to Croatia for a girls vacation. The apartment was right on the beach with stunning views. The terrace was wonderful. Lea was very accommodating.
The kitchen had everything needed for cooking some lighter meals, but it could use a few spices (salt/pepper).

It was simply amazing. Exactly what we needed and wanted. Right on the beach. Our apartment was the one you see in the photo. It was super clean, modern design, close to good restaurants, the host was helpful, and the weather was great.
A minor point, could use a shelf for soap and shampoo in the shower.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable, house was spotless, and the view was outstanding.
There was wifi, however, we could only get it in one spot in the living room or down on the front doorstep. Our hostess sent us pictures of her login however, it just wouldn't show up except in those two locations. Perhaps it's because we were on the top floor. Other than that the facility was great.

Immaculate apartment finished to a high standard. Everything we needed was supplied.
Location was amazing directly on the beach and surrounded by great restaurants, bakery and supermarkets within easy reach.
Lea is a fantastic host. Met us as promised despite our flight delay, gave great recommendations for eating out and even messaged me to let me know when the local supermarkets would be closed.
Can't recommend Apartment Lea highly enough, you won't be disappointed. Can't wait to return.

Aparment was best. Full of space, neat, no compromises in build quality, kitchen well equipped far more than we needed. Sea view from terrace worth every cent. Beach just a step from the entrance and not crowded even in high season,your own beach chair and parasol included. Helping and very kind owner. Clean beach. Close to grocery stores and bakeries.
Let’s say that smell from sewer was at first little annoying but then we left windows open all the time and it almost disppeared. Room facing main road was noisy. Beach was ok but sea bottom, just few meters from the coastline, however in narrow stripe, was grown by seaweed. Not very comfortable to stand in.
Last thing which is not inevitably disadvantage is miss of promenade with plenty restaurants and seafront and marinas and all the stuff.

This is a lovely beach front (on the beach) location. It was very clean and well supplied with the basics. Parking included was very convenient.
There is one central air conditioner unit in the dining/living room, not in the bedrooms, so it may be warmer in bedrooms in summer months.

The location of the apartment is so perfect, not far from Split next to the beach woth private parking area. The scenery from the apartment is excellent. The parasols and sun loungers are free for using. Everything in the apartment is clean.
There is a little damp smell from the bathroom but not a big problem.

The lady who were in the reception of the building did not respond to out messages. There were no shampoo and I send messages to the lady as she left the building, but she never responded to me. I was not sure where to put the keys when I checked out but she was not there as well and I put the keys on the table and I send a photo of the keys on the table to make sure she finds it later but she never responded!!! I was not happy of the way she ignored my messages! I would never come again to this place.
