Location is excellent and the food in the restaurant/bar at dinner was lovely. Nice toiletries in the room and 2 bars of dark chocolate on the bed was a nice touch.
Girl checking us in was useless, arrived around 12.30 and we knew the room was unlikely to be ready but we got checked in and they stored our luggage for us. She told us to come back around 2pm and the room should be ready; we came back at 2.20pm and asked her if the room was ready and it was like she'd never seen us before, anyway she said no the room is not ready as check-in isn't until 3pm(she was the one who told us to come back at 2pm!). Came back at 4.30pm and the room was ready and she gave us our room card and we asked for our luggage, she went off to get it and handed it to me and said 'safe trip'. I asked her which way to our room and she looked so confused, she thought we were leaving even though she'd just given us our room card 5 minutes before..completely ridiculous. Room is small with only a tiny space for doing hair/makeup and the hairdryer weighs a tonne! The view at night from the balcony is completely blocked by large yachts so don't expect to watch the sunset on the water. The pillows on the bed were far too soft. Breakfast was a disaster, had to ask numerous times for things, tables were half set, orange juice almost gone, no sugar for tea/coffee. For the price they charge, they need to up their game and at least put complimentary water in the room seeing as there's no tea making facilities, only an espresso machine and reception staff should be more clued in to the guests.

We had a deck right off the Riva and we loved the activity. It was loud with a popular live band the first night but the second was quiet. The ferries dock right there. The decor is beautiful and the breakfast is phenomenal.
We loved watching the Riva activity and the outside lobby has comfortable chairs to hang out in. The staff is very accommodating.

Great location! Pretty much directly in front of the ferry stop so didnt have to carry slot of luggage around. Less than 2 minute walk into the town of Hvar where there were lots of accessible bars and restaurants. The hotel was designed very well and with comfort in mind, the beds were so comfortable! The breakfast included in the price was possibly one of the best hotel breakfasts that I have experienced due to quality and varied range of food. Riva Marina doesnt have a pool but we were able to access the sister hotel (approximately 10-15 walk along the marina/beach) to use their swimming pool and facilities at no extra cost. As hotel guests we were given 15% off the club bar too

Perfect location to watch all the boats coming in and out, right in the heart of Hvar. Lovely places to swim in the sea, hotel provide towels for swimming. Room very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return .

Location and decor. Shared spa facilities with sister hotel nearby.
Nothing but the breakfast service can be a bit chaotic. The staff are lovely but need some simpler systems in place to help them.

Location is epic! Walked right off the ferry and into the hotel! On the water! Awesome view and staff was so great.
The rooms were tiny. Very hard with 2 suitcases.
