Location, Mr. Maki was very kind, he explained everthing about city, trips, food...the appartment is in quiet neighbourhood.
Maybe the sofa could have possibility to become a bed.

the appartment is very well equiped with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. 10 blocks from the citycenter that makes it very quiet and relax, far enough from the party and very turistic areas.
is a bit of a walk going up to get there. almost 10 blocks quite steep. We took it as a training walk everyday, twice a day.

The property was clean, more spacious, and better value than a hotel. The host was very helpful at any time of day and had a lot of connections to get us around.
The location of the property was a quite a workout to get to as it is a bit higher up from the centre. However, this was not an issue as we rented mopeds, which made transport easy, cheaper, and more enjoyable.

Lovely apartment, really clean and lots of facilities (washing machine / hair dryer / kitchen). The bedroom was dark and perfect for sleeping in (as opposed to other places where there sun would come through in the morning and wake you up). Host is lovely and really easy to contact, always answered the phone. Host also gave us lots of information about Hvar and recommendations - we visited a restaurant he recommended which was really nice!
Its a 10 minute walk from the centre which is fine, however wish we had known before we set off with our suitcases that it would be mostly uphill and stairs! suggest getting a taxi up to the villa. Search for the address provided, not the name of the apartment on Google Maps as it took us a while to locate. Balcony view not amazing, would have been disappointed if this was the reason we picked the apartment.

Finding the actual apartment was a bit difficult as I couldn't see the number (was hidden from view) so had to wait outside the (wrong) apartment until Maki arrived to check us in. Not a massive problem, but at the time we had something booked to get to and were running out of time to get there.

Very Poor
I liked that they said there were 2 beds for my friend And I. But It was false, there was 1 bed And 1 sofa (with no bed). Besides, It said It was 10 min from the center, I liked that too, but It was a very steep staircase, very hard with luggage.
The owner forced us to pay in cash, even if It was not previously adviced in the conditions shown in booking. We had to pay a 35 comission in the ATM. Besides, he was very late for our check in time (previously arranged).
There was pooh in the terrace when we arrived!!!!! The sheets were not clean, nor the microwave. Door lock broken. After check out, the owner cancelled our reservation trying to avoid us to give feedback.

Maki is an amazing host! He picked me up from the port to the apartment which is less than 10mins from the centre. The apartment was very impressive with very high quality furnishings and equipments. Its a modern build and close to all main attractions in Hvar. Its quiet and felt like hotel/home! I stayed for 2 weeks with no complaints. Maki offered lots of information on Hvar, the Pakleni Islands, boat transfers,tours and where to eat. I would definitely stay again when Im in Hvar!
