Location and pool area was nice. Breakfast was also good
Staff is rude, and unresponsive. We had to call 4 times to make a sofabed.

Breakfast and pool area were great though the pool was freezing.
The rooms are very small. I had to clear the tiny table in the room to put luggage on and only one luggage rack provided. The condition of the exterior is uninviting. Our ? sea view? room did not look out at the ocean but only a sliver of the water edge.

We liked the room and the location of the hotel as it was short walk to the city center
The reception staff were very unpleasant. As soon as we arrived to the hotel by car, the staff rushed us to take the bags out of the car even trying to open our boot. The only that were actually nice were the cleaning ladies.

I loved the pool facilities, big slide was fun. The closeness to a little beach , and the coastal walkway into the town of Hvar. Food provided was decent also.
I stayed in the second wing. The single lift that this wing uses has to be looked at , it should have a sign on it on how to open the door from the inside, I rescued another guest who got stuck in it as she didn't know she had to push the door out by herself (there is no sign on the lift). I kinda had the same problem but figured it out after 5 seconds . It's a very old Otis lift , it must be from the 1970s or 1980s. It belongs in a museum now.

Service for broken sink was appalling. After two attempts finally changed room - ZERO communication from staff who tried to hide the issue that they CLEARLY knew about.
Room size awful - practically no room to move.
Food in restaurant poor - hardly edible.

Resort was stunning from the pool to the beach. Great options for paddleboarding and kayaking. Nice easy 10 min walk to and from downtown. Luggage service to/from the ferry to the hotel was included. Buffet breakfast was yummy.
For those who love a soft cushy bed, prepare yourself for a firmer bed.

The pool and proximity to the sea. Staff were excellent. Breakfast buffet was very good.
It was a very nice hotel however some small areas needed attention, e.g stains on carpet/furniture and pool Loungers were very crowded together which spoilt the aesthetics slightly. But these are very small details.

The swimming pool looked nice , the sea view from the bar was amazing
Our room was disgusting it was old fashioned .we over looked peoples roof tops when we should have had a sea view . We over looked the other part of the hotel roof . Although we had a view of the sea it was spoilt by the roof tops. I did complain to the manager and he did offer to move us the next day , but we didnt bother as we had a trip booked the next day. We was only their 2 nights . It was such a shame about the room

That at 7:45 every morning in room 1308 the staff appeared to use nearest entrance to get ready and were very inconsiderate with noise and we weee woken up every morning / crates / slamming doors / loud talking
