Alen the owner was great !
Amazing communication and very helpful.
The rooms was a little big bigger that we expected.
The transport was also very close to the place.
And is just 25 min walking from the old town.
The bathroom a little bit more small than normal

The property is fantastic with all the essential amenities. You will get exactly what is there in the pictures. Bit away from the old town but regular bus service (bus stop is literally 2 mnts away from the property) makes up for that. Real value for money. The host Alen was cordial, responsive and helpful. Will definitely book it again if I visit Dubrovnik in future.

Great location, there are two nice beaches close to it so it's easy just to go around, the old town is just 10 mins away (bus). We were expecting many stairs but to our surprise there were just a few, so not as bad as what we expected.
The host was really helpful providing recommendations and flexible options.
The flat is nice, however we think the towels and bed sheets were a bit use/old

Very spacious apartment that made our stay comfortable. Added bonus was a super friendly cat in the complex :)
The property was located uphill. It might be difficult for people to climb up the hill and the stairs. But I don’t think there is much that could be done. Not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Good location. Around 2.4 km walk from the old town. Great walk down to the city in the morning and if you don't feel like walking the bus stop is 2 minutes away.

We had the entire apartment to ourselves, including the private terrace! The owner was very welcoming and provided plenty of helpful information. During our stay, we had everything we needed. We absolutely loved the place and highly recommend Villa Astra.

Location and view from the house is perfect. Very quiet and close to bus station that can take you to the old town for less than 10 minutes. Host is very helpful and nice.
Very small bathroom and toilet. Old equipment, shower can not be fixed on the wall rail. The shower tray drain was clogged which is very unpleasant while taking a shower. For our whole stay of 4 days, the room was not cleaned at all, nor were the sheets and towels changed.

Lovely property in a great location close to old town. The bus is a two minute walk away and will get you into the centre in under 10 minutes. The host Alen was amazing and really helped make up feel comfortable in the apartment. Would definitely recommend!

Allen is a great host. Very attentive and patient with the guests. He is more than accommodating and the villa is beautiful. I can't recommend him and the apartment enough. Surely will be back.

Bus stop into old town was a 2 minute walk from unit , cost 2 euro, and went every 15 minutes both diections till 1 am and took about 10 minutes. it was perfect.
