Variety of food for breakfast and dinner, chefs and waiters in the Mediteraneo restaurant, room stewards. Inside pool and room.
During March and beginning of April a little bit too hot in the hall and in the room, temperature usually automatically resets to 24 degrees. If you forget to reduce to 21 degrees Celsius (that is min) or don't open balcony doors waking up in the morning is not the best.

Breakfast never changes! every single day with the same options. Pool was not too clean. I saw mold all over the pool. Bathrooms could have been cleaner. a single Sauna for such a big venue! PAID BEACH!!!

Breakfast was amazing, The room was clean and the cleaning personnel were amazing and friendly.
The common areas have a spectacular view and the conference area was well organized.
The outside pool isn't heated, and the indoor pool was closed for two days while I was there. On the other days, swimming was impossible because children were jumping all over. The room was quite a distance from the hotel center and was more basic than expected for a level 4 hotel.

The hotel is very well located, near the coast and right next to the bus line #6 which goes to the old town (15 min ride). Breakfast is great, the dinner buffet is good too. The indoor pool is ok, nothing special but the outdoor pool and pool area look great, I went off season though so it was too cold. I also really like the spa.
I thought the indoor pool would be nice. Of course the location is a bit far from the old town but I knew that. Prices for sandwiches are too steep (18€).

The pool was great though a bit chilly (it was October though). Evening sunsets.
Other than buffet dinner, there was little option at the hotel. I personally don't like buffet meals.

Maro world was great for the kids. The indoor pool was very nice and the outdoor facilities by the pool were beautiful (the pool was a bit too cold to swim).
Two major complaints: 1. Elvin at the pool bar was very rude to my kids and not accommodating at all when their system went down. 2. I paid extra for V-Level, but there seem to be no benefits in the offseason (restaurant was closed, anyone could use the V-Level chairs by the pool/beach as it wasn't monitored, and the V-Level lounge was never staffed and rarely had any food/drinks). They should not sell V-Level outside of the summer months.

Location was beautiful, the seaside view was fabulous. The sound proofing was great. The breakfast food was good. The gym was good.
It looked as if the maintenance was slipping, i.e the hall carpet floors needed cleaning, the palm trees needed stripping. The staff seemed overworked and tired. And the outside pool was extremely cold, unpleasantly so. We ordered room service and it was never delivered probably because it was 20m before the kitchen closed, but we were never told and waited for an hour.

Wonderful
A great hotel for families that has pretty much everything from a restaurant, bar, and pool, but at a fairly high price.
Unfortunately, the staff is not very friendly and I waited about 40 minutes for them to prepare my bill for accommodation and food services.

Electricity disapeared twice and afterwards tv system was off all night. Mini bar was empty and when i called they were unable to fill it. Rooming list i sent wasn't taken in consideration even though i booked only 2 rooms.

The hotel room was lovely and attended to everyday. There were a huge array of options for breakfast. All the staff were friendly and exceptional helpful. There’s an app for the hotel you can download for free, which provides lots of information.
Improved drink choice at the 17.00 18.00 drinks for the V level clients. ( bring picky).
If people do have a disability, while there are lifts, some were not working for part of our stay and did cause issues for some residents.

The breakfast was really good. Pool was nice. Drinks were tasty. It was clean.
It got really hot in the room due to the key cards shutting off the A/C and being on the sun-facing side of the property, so every time you go back to the room it's sweltering.

We had an amazing vacation at Valamar Lacroma, 1 of a group of 4 hotels located in the same vicinity, and using the mutual beach of Valamar President, which is beautiful to say the least. The rooms are spacious, with a modern design and we had a lovely balcony. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. And the breakfast, simply amazing and offering everything one could imagine. Recommendations to all travellers.
The hotel has vast parking lots and garages for their guests, but nonetheless charges a fee for parking. Not expected from a hotel on the higher end.
