Had great time in the hotel. Excellent location with private beach with all amenities. V service was great and worth every penny. Highly recommended this hotel. Have to praise Ivan, Gavrilo and especially Bozena, for their professionalism and great service, role model how job needs to be handled. Nothing but the highly words for the service and hospitality in the hotel. Definitely worth coming back again and spending time here.

The location of the property was great with easy access to public transportation to old town and the private beach was amazing!
The cast of the buffet for adult if you don’t get half board could be a little steep if traveling with a large party also some other facilities were closed for maintenance

Breakfast service was disorganized. Also, the staff was not restocking the food. There were a lot of things that were unavailable or empty. This is a consistent complaint amongst visitors.

Superb breakfast with an excellent omelette station. Very ample hotel. Beautiful beach with free towels and lounge chairs! Unfortunately the ocean water was slightly cold due to the time of year (October). Great location at the bus #6 terminal stop.
The hotel was very luxurious, but many facilities were very dated. We utilized the hot tub which was not warm. The indoor pool is not heated, hard to utilize it. The gym and equipment were very dated.

Beach was nice with ample sun loungers.
You could buy tickets for the bus ride to the city from the hotel shop.
When we arrived there was nobody to take our bags in and no bell boy service either at check in or check out.
There wasn't much hot vegetarian breakfast options. However, the staff was nice and friendly.
The coffee at the outdoor restobar was pretty average. The place deserved to have better food and drinks.

A beach hotel about a 10-15 min taxi from Old Town.
Breakfast was excellent and the hotel's beach restaurant was also very good.
The hotel has its own beach and very good service to your sun lounger.
The hotel is sprawling and so there are long walks to get to each part, which are not interconnected.

This is a very lovely hotel. It’s quiet, the rooms are spacious and well appointed and the staff are gracious, friendly & polite. I highly recommend this accommodation.

We stayed in a sea-view room, and it was definitely the highlight of our trip — the view was stunning, especially during sunset! The location is excellent for enjoying the beautiful coastal scenery.
The buffet breakfast offered a wide spread of choices, though the overall taste was quite average. The croissants were the best part of the breakfast. Interestingly, the capsule coffee in the room was much better than the breakfast coffee.
Staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, the housekeeping team did not replenish the coffee capsules during our stay. Also, the digital “Do Not Disturb” sign didn’t seem to be effective — staff entered our room even when it was turned on. Thankfully, all our valuables were locked and secure.
Overall, a pleasant stay with a fantastic sea view — just a few service details that could be improved.

bread and ice cream + location
First, when we came, we did not get room that we booked from image. It was disappointing. We made complaint to reception and we made transfer to appropriate room.
Restaurant on beach was afoul. Only thing which was good was bread and the best ice cream that we ever eat. Service on beach restaurant is 0. Waiters servis on breakfast is also 0. I was waiving to waiter to bring the coffee and at the end I went to coffee table and took coffee by myself. The 2 waiters that were talking to each other beside the table actually moved and left me space so I can take it by myself (sad and funny at the same time).
In general, at the end, we paid cca 1300 eur for staying and 2 meals in beach restaurant for 2 days. Definitely, not worth of that money. We will not come back here for sure.

When we went to dinner at the restaurant, they were out of more than three items on the menu, a bit disappointing
