This is a great choice if you're visiting Dubrovnik — the hotel offers almost everything you need and is just a short distance from the Old Town.
The cocktails are overpriced for what you get — at these prices, they should use real liqueur instead of syrup. Unfortunately, this seems to be a widespread issue on the Croatian coast.

It is absolutely beautiful. Modern, light-filled, with simple yet thoughtful touches. Our room was so well-appointed and we had a beautiful balcony looking out to the sea and the islands.

After many calls to the front desk with different agents who had to ask permission or call the manager and getting nowhere, we finally went to the front desk had our problem resolved with the employee Antun. He listened and reacted appropriately, was sympathetic and went above and beyond helping to correct and fix a particular situation. The Moments restaurant was very good. The beach restaurant was delicious as well. The beach itself is the draw, so relaxing watching the boats sail by as you’re on the beach.
The initial rules regarding booking online hotel reservations and adding another night for an extended stay. The Buffett food definitely not worth it, eat at any of the other hotel restaurants, they were good. The drinking water issue, everyone tells me that the tap water is good to drink but the hotel requires they sell only still or flat water by the bottle. No free water is served. And there is always a charge for the bread and condiments in this country in general, every restaurant at this hotel had that too. They need to clean the hotel better, I mean the balconies and fix broken or missing items like lightbulbs and water shields on shower doors, that made a mess on floor after showering. You can tell the hotel is aging but not gracefully by maintenance standards.

Immaculate property, peaceful, beach with plenty of chairs, beautiful pool, multiple dining options. The best part is the service- just incredible, timely, wonderful all the way around. Rosario on the main floor was particularly professional and very kind. One of the very best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Will be back!

located in a beautiful and quiet area, the resort offers stunning natural highlights, including a lovely beach and a cliffside dive spot, complemented by two fantastic swimming pools and delicious dining options. What truly made the experience exceptional, however, was the incredible staff. From the concierge and front desk to the dining team and housekeepers, every single person was exceptionally friendly and helpful. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay so wonderful!

Breakfast had a lot of gluten free options and all products were located in a dedicated corner of the breakfast buffet area, never seen that before. Hotel views of the sea and sunset were superb every day. The kid's club "Maro World" which you your kid has access for free was great and my son kept asking to go there. The 2 ladies that cleaned the rooms in our floor were super nice and friendly.
Rooms are a bit (quite a lot when you see the tech they have) dated. Headboards of the bed are falling apart and so is the floor, it depends which room you get because I saw another room when passing by and the floor seem renewed. Ours wasn't.

The bathroom had horrible smell of drainage which also was in the room. Towels were absolutely disgusting. As if it was never changed since they opened.
Mats near beds were absolutely disgusting couldn’t put even foot on it. Very dirty.
Mini bar was never filled again so I had to call for water. Not worth the money at all! Absolutely horrible!

The hotel is beautiful and family friendly, although we did not travel with our little ones this time. We were very happy being part of the V Club and the amenities that came with it. We loved the bubbly hour! All the food we had was excellent and the service we received from all the staff was exceptional.
Dirty glassware was left behind several times after the room was cleaned.
The outdoor area in the V Club room (Bubbly Hour) was way too hot. A few large floor fans could have made the area much more comfortable.
There was a large tree somewhat obstructing the view, but this was a very small issue.

The hotel is very big and spacious. Our room was incredible. We were celebrating our anniversary so from the moment we came with champagne to a room upgrade everything was very very nice. The cleaning staff was very nice and caring. The breakfast buffet is hugeee. I highly reccomend the buffet for breakfast. Overall the staff is very nice and our room was beyond expectation.
The beach is not good. It is small for a hotel this size, very very pebbly to the point where it hurts to walk up and down the sea, and there is very mossy rocks in the sea. so I reccomend appropiate sea shoes. The diving center was just okay. I felt there were unattentive. Overall the hotel itself is amazing but the beach was a disappointment.

Amazing sunsets, visible from all rooms. Excellent service overall. Very good food for breakfast and dinner. Concierge was very supportive. Comfortable, big room.
The beach is not sandy. The water entrance is not smooth, thus not suited for low mobility people. The water is full of slippery rocks, which may be tricky for all guests. Water shoes are recommended!

Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful from start to finish. What made the experience even more memorable was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to the lovely lady at the front desk, who was incredibly friendly, flexible, and always willing to help with a smile. We’d also like to recognize Benjamin from the breakfast restaurant for his warm service and attentiveness every morning.
The hotel is perfect for families, offering a safe and welcoming atmosphere. The beach is beautiful, and the sea views are simply stunning, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind. The restaurants served delicious food throughout our stay, and we genuinely enjoyed every meal.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located on the same level as the reception, with a fantastic sea view. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room amenities were thoughtful and of great quality, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing family getaway with excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and great dining. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely love to visit again.

The food and room were amazing, great view, breakfast was amazing, restaurant delicious, beach loungers were fabulous. Restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful especially Nicolleta. Easy access on downtown on #6 bus.
The front desk staff were terrible. Not friendly nor helpful, didn’t tell us we could have a breakfast box for early trip, didn’t tell us to order an uber not a up off taxi, didn’t tell us about led over cardigan at the restaurant despite staff giving them the room number.
The toilet paper is terrible rough.
So many wasps at outside breakfast.
