Very clean. Kind staff. Solid food. Great restaurants on site.
Many things were broken or blocked off for private parties. Hammam out of order, experience showers in spa out of order, 1 pool closed for season and 2 blocked off for private event. Aromatherapy sauna and steam room had no aromatherapy. Just regular sauna and steam room. Gym was great but no sanitizing wipes or towels. Wondering how often it was cleaned or maintained since only saw one staff there operating the rental desk and no cleaners. Breakfast was good but not great like reviews suggested.

Beautiful seaside location with wonderful views near Dubrovnik
This is a very large complex. While it was not crowded for us in the off season, I imagine that it could be very busy during the summer. Food at hotel was not very good. It is far from Dubrovnik, if you are planning to see the town.

The resort was gorgeous! Lots of things to do and see. Rooms were spacious. Every meal we had at the various restaurants were AMAZING! Service was fantastic and everyone seemed genuinely friendly.
The shower door would be better if it was a full glass door, not the half glass, so the floor would remain dry. This however, is not a deal breaker as there was plenty of room in our bathroom.

Excellent staff. Very nice hotel/ resort with private beach, pools etc. there is a gelato shop within the resort .
Location is not too close to the city , about 20 min drive . And nothing else is close by but the hotel has everything . The location is of course what it is . I really enjoyed my stay

I loved the beach access and multitude of onsite pools and offerings, from the gelato bar to the jewelry shop and grocery store. We really didn't need to leave the hotel grounds for anything!
I do wish the hotel was closer to Old Town, but the drive isn't too bad and the stay is definitely worth the distance!

This was our second time staying here, and once again it was wonderful. I honestly don’t think there’s a better place for families in the Dubrovnik area. The amenities are excellent, and the staff are both highly professional and genuinely welcoming. It’s absolutely perfect for families with young children.

The property is well planned, beautiful and well maintained with free car parking. The staff is very polite and friendly and attentive. The breakfast is huge and very good. With spa and private swimming area in sea it’s all worth it.

The resort is expansive and well maintained. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We loved our welcome snacks with wine! We wished we could have stayed longer.
The price was a bit high for shoulder season, especially for parking, but the overall experience was worth it.

We just returned from the most wonderful stay at Sun Gardens Dubrovnik, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. The location is absolutely fabulous—the beach, the pools, and the views are just stunning. Everything about this resort felt like the perfect little getaway. The restaurants were fantastic, but The Veranda deserves a special mention—it was honestly one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The food and atmosphere made it such a memorable evening. What I loved most is that there’s something here for everyone. Whether you’re traveling as a couple or with family, it really meets every need. We enjoyed every moment and are already planning to come back next year with our family because it was that special. If you’re thinking about staying here, don’t hesitate—it’s a gem. We left with full hearts and so many great memories, and we can’t wait to return.

Everything. The service, the facilities, the views, the restaurants. Not a single complaint. We had an amazing time. Do have in mind, thisnis not a party hotel. If you are looking for a hotel with a lot of noise and party, this is not it. But that's exactly what made it perfect for us.
