Beautiful Hotel with the best view. The location was perfect and we had such a wide choice of different places to eat every day. Breakfast was Exceptional and delicious every day! We had a pleasant surprise daily celebrating my husband’s birthday (from the hotel. ) such a lovely gesture. Nice and helpful Staff. Friendly cleaning ladies.

The views were beautiful
My room was not as clean as it should have been for the high price. The manager did give me a bottle of wine and macaroons for grandsons birthday but nothing was deducted from price. I think walls shouldn't have stains and bed frames and dressers either in a high end hotel. The manager did take all of my complaints into consideration and was responsive. For the price I would not stay there again when I visit Dubrovnik. The room was also smaller than I thought it would be.

I had an amazing time at the Royal Palm Hotel. The food was consistently excellent, the location was perfect for exploring and relaxing, and the staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The beach area and nearby bars created a brilliant atmosphere day and night.
Honestly, there wasn’t anything significant that I didn’t like. Everything from the service to the surroundings made the stay thoroughly enjoyable.

The location offers stunning views, the kids had a great time, and the spa was excellent—the massages and pedicures were top-tier.
Room cleanliness needs improvement. There are too many stairs to the pools, making them completely inaccessible with a stroller if you have a young kid. As for the dining, the restaurants was overpriced for the quality, and I suffered an upset stomach after eating dinner on our first day at the royal terrace restaurant.

The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient. The hotel itself is clean, tidy, and well-maintained; a strong emphasis on cleanliness is clearly evident. However, the spa area is somewhat disappointing given the standards expected of a hotel of this caliber. It notably lacks a Jacuzzi, and the steam room was out of order during our stay. Upgrading the spa facilities and ensuring their full maintenance would significantly enhance the guest experience. Overall, it was a good experience, primarily thanks to the location and cleanliness.

There is nothing about the property not to love. Staffed was lovely. Facilities were fantastic. We had a beautiful view of the sea and it was even better with the moon reflecting over the water. This is my sixth stay in Dubrovnik and I would highly recommend this property. It is away from old town, where it can be crazy with tourists from the cruise ships but very close to a bus stop (2.50 euro) to take into old town if you wish. To me this is best area to stay in Dubrovnik.
I would say the only downfall was the hot breakfast items. They had a large selection but items were Luke warm or dried out a bit. It’s hard serving so many people but I wish items were much warmer.

Its location was stunning! We loved it so much that we turned a one night stay into a three night stay.
The mirror in the bathroom was hung so high that I couldn’t even see the top of my head. Ridiculous!!!

We loved this property. The staff, accommodations and food were wonderful. The view was amazing. Bus service to old town was close by and easy.
Although early May the pools seemed to be drained on our stay. The rooftop for adults only was open and a smaller lap pool.

Absolutely must to stay in this hotel. We had an amazing bedroom, living room and 2 full bathrooms!! And huge terrace looking over the sea!!!

Everything. Professional courteous Staff, cleanliness of the rooms and outdoor space was well groomed, outdoor gardens were beautifully maintained -spa facilities excellent staff at the spa, excellent buffet and food at the restaurants.
