Great location. Staff was excellent and helpful. We booked the attic room so we knew what we were getting into. I would have paid a bit more for a room without the low angled ceilings. But still it was a good value.

Excellent location inside the wall, convenient for an aging family member. The manager of the property (Tomas) was very service oriented. He went out of his way to help bring our rolling luggages from Pile Gate. Also, Tomas provided information about the area and his restaurant suggestions were excellent ?

Wonderful location next to Pile gate. Staff was very helpful. Room was big and had all amenities.
Noisey due to live music outside and party people singing in the wee hours.

Great Location! Near the gate and the only stairs we had to climb were those in the building to get to our 1st floor room. The nice guy working the front desk carried our bags for us! HUGE Bathroom with all the needed accoutrements! The hotel is immediately across from the Hard Rock Cafe. The music they played was fun and stopped promptly at 11 pm. It was nice to walk out the door and grab a seat in the outdoor cafe seating. It was for sure a happening spot and worth the cost.

Easy to access, right outside one of the entrances into the walled city, which is also where you catch a bus to get around the rest of the city. Parking recommendation was easy and a quick 5 minute bus ride right to the gate entrance, walk in and you're at your hotel.
As described, the room we stayed in was in the attic. There was nothing not to like, just a caution you will bump your head from time to time. The AC unit worked well enough overall, though I could see in really hot months it having challenges. The remote control interaction was a bit confusing to use the unit.

Great location, short walk with luggage from the Pile Gate, friendly staff (Tomas and Ana) were very accommodating and met all our needs for our group. Comfortable beds and plenty of space in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Very clean and well kept property. Would return to this property!

The location can't be beat! It's right next to the Pile gate which hardly has any stairs to access although you do need to be clear with drivers that this is the gate to be picked up from or dropped off at.
Ladies, bring your own blow dryer. The one provided hardly works otherwise, the everything was great!
