Pleasant
Great location
Difficult to check in early. No hot water for coffee. Hard Rock Cafe noisy at night

Exceptional
Cost effective option right inside the main gate across from Hard Rock cafe. Kolinda was kind and helpful.
Rooms could use a wine opener.
Expect that you have to ask for things like irons and ironing board and share with building guests. This didnt bother us but some people should be aware before booking.

The location was the best, staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the double door feature to the bedroom with the bathroom on the other side in the entryway to the room. It gave privacy and also blocked out what little street noise there was. Overall, it was a great value for a perfect place to be to explore the Old Town. I would definitely stay here again!

Really nice, great location, cool property.
We didn’t know at first that the hot water was outside the room, basically the water cooler with a hot water function.

The location is fantastic. The staff is exceptional. Although they mentioned they don’t have a service to help with luggage, they went out of their way to help get us from the gate, up to the room, and back to the taxi stand when we headed for the airport. We were on a 5 week trip which included our instruments for performing, a 3 week cruise, camping in the Dolomites, and a family wedding in Croatia. We were overloaded with bags. I am still recovering from total knee replacement, and they were so very understanding and helpful. WE WILL BE BACK WITH THEM FOR SURE
