Location was amazing!
The bed was lumpy (but not horrible). The bathroom (upstairs) was very warm and my husband is very tall so the shower was a bit challenging.

Perfect location. The stay is located directly in the Old Town with easy access to everywhere you'll want to visit. On a charming and quiet side street, but just a stones throw from excellent restaurants and some of the shops. Loved the location. The bath tub was a huge plus, as a bath lover, as were the beach towels provided. Dora is lovely, and makes you feel at home. The apartment was also very clean!
Note if you have any mobility issues or need extra space, the apartments are "European". There are stairs and sometimes space is tight, both to get there, and on the street. Just be prepared! But it's perfect if that's not a problem for you. The beds are also softer than I would have liked.

The apartment was super clean, the beds were very comfortable, the linens luxurious and the location was perfect. Dora was a magnificent hostess and helped us with a terrific driver Daniel who took us to an amazing winery and then a salt farm on our way to Split when we checked out. This was an ideal way to get to Split from Dubrovnik because we got to experience the countryside and the local people. Daniel was so knowledgeable and friendly. If you can't do stairs this is not the area of the city for you as Old Town Dubrovnik has many many steep stairs. But we are not spring chickens either and we were able to manage -- with the help of Daniel! We were wary at first the place only accepts cash but not to worry! All legit.

This is a beautiful updated apartment in the heart of old town. It was modern and very clean with great amenities. It was easy to get to from the walls of city was perfect location for sightseeing and dinning. The host provides and a lot of information which is very helpful and even towels if you want to do some swimming or head to the beach. She also offered help with transportation, exploring, and dinning.
The property itself was wonderful and a great place for 1-3 nights. Just two things to consider and read carefully before booking.
The only thing is to make sure you read carefully that it is cash only, we missed this and were surprised when we received a message about paying cash which was inconvenient. The information about cash only is not easy to find.
Additionally- there are a lot of stairs which was not a problem for us. The host does offer options for transportation which includes help to your door. I recommend doing this if you have a lot of bags.

Beautifully decorated. We were only there a few hours so didn't try anything in the apartment but sleeping and a shower. Pictures matched description. It is a tight squeeze with luggage so get creative to move around with 2 adults 1 child.
Hot tip: Google Maps will try to tell you to walk down a ton of stairs then back up when you come into Buza gate take your left and it is maybe 20 steps down Dropceva on the left.

The lodging is a sleeping room with a toilette up some narrow stairs in the room. Get ready for two flights of uneven stairs to the entrance and another set of stairs inside. Limit yourself to a backpack or lite roller.
Notes are in reverse order. In the heart of old town close to restaurants and the wall; near a laundermat. Romm is clean and fresh. Host is kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. She helped us find a porter to haul bags out of old town to our taxi.

I liked the location the most. The host did tell us it was a 6 minute walk from the parking lot. That is not true, it definitely took 15-20 minutes which was a little uncomfortable with all our luggage.
1) I emailed the host asking to coordinate a special request for the room upon our arrival. She confirmed, and then when we got there, she didn’t do it. I said that was okay and that we would leave the apartment and be back a few hours later to give her time to complete it. She just never followed up or did it. It was pretty disappointing and lame that she couldn’t follow up on what she said. If she never intended to do it, she should have said that from the beginning.
2) Very limited ventilation in this room. It was uncomfortable sleeping at night because the air got so stuffy. Both of my boyfriend and I got nasal sickness during and after our stay.
3) The room was very tight and there was a lot of stuff in there that was unnecessary.

I can’t say enough words on how kind and accommodating Dora was with me the whole time I was there. The property is right in the heart of the old town and so close to everything you may want to do from riding the cable car, pick up for excursions, and right next to amazing restaurants with wonderful food.

The property was cozy, clean, and comfortable. It had its own private bathroom, and no kitchen. However, we did not spend much time in the room and had everything we needed throughout our stay.
Directions to arrive at the property are not very clear, and we had to struggle a bit to arrive

This property is beautiful. It’s clean, bright, centrally located inside the walls. Room came with a kitchenette, seating area, large comfortable bed and clean bathroom with toiletries. I was so thankful to find such an accommodating host at such hours of the night after being scammed from a different property.

i guess it is everywhere in old town, you had to carry your luggage up and down the steps of old town. you could easily hear the next door people in the apartment but it was generally quiet.
