The location of the hotel is excellent and if it's situated in a very nice neighborhood. Good spa facilities, bus stops right in front of the hotel.
The management needs to take a proactive role in controlling the rooms, so random checks after the staff, their amenities and modernize the facilities. Breakfast can also use a refreshed menu or have a menu on rotation.

Location, staff, facilities, room, everything was great. So many activities nearby, took a nice walk by the sea. Their wellness was great, pool, hot tub, sauna, all excellent. Staff were so friendly. Restaurant is top notch, breakfast was wonderful. Definetly would come here again.

Hotel was clean and provided a good breakfast. Staff were lovely. We had a lovely room with a balcony sea view.
The shower/bath has a very high step in and some would struggle.

There was lots of ants in the room and bathroom. We stayed in same room previous times and this was the first time to face such an issue regarding room cleanliness. Overall standard of room cleanliness was average.

Location was good. Breakfast was okay, good selections. The staff was very professional and pleasant. The bus stop right out front was super convenient.
There were some ants in the room. The hotel is past its prime and there was a lot of road noise.

The friendliness of the staff, the great location, great views of the bay from my room and the second floor restaurant area, and proximity to other restaurants in town. A plus, a public bus going to the Old Town stops in front of the hotel.

The reception staff, Petar and Zlata were incredible. They were very helpful in providing a new room (the first one had a weird smell). They moved our luggage automatically. The second room had no issues and we were provided a bottle of wine and a kind letter.
Petar was exceptional in helping us to navigate a few phone calls as we couldn't get the room phone to work and our self-service provider we were having issues with. He was also very helpful in giving directions and arranging taxi and bus rides.
There is a building with construction going on next door. It was only mildly disruptive

The location is great and the facilities are clean.
The hotel is dated and the food at the buffet was not very good. We also couldn’t enjoy the pool due to construction happening right above it. They should warn people about this when booking as we chose this hotel specifically for the pool. Overall for the price I found this hotel disappointing.

Mattresses were hard & water temperature in shower was not constant. Toilet was malfunctioning. Sliding glass door was hard & almost impossible to close. Towels were like sand paper!

Location was awesome. Right in front of the sea with places to eat & drink and swim on walking distance. Bus stop to go to the old city at the doorsteps. Staff was great. Parking in front of the hotel entrance.
Shower. Can’t understand why hotels use half-screens instead of full enclosures.

I booked this hotel for my parents’ wedding anniversary, and the staff went above and beyond to make their stay special. They were warmly welcomed and even surprised with a complimentary bottle of wine. My parents truly enjoyed their experience, and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided. I highly recommend this hotel!
