food labels not clear. bartenders and servers not educated. staff rude, especially if you understand the local language as they can’t make snippy comments under their breath in croatian. food poisoning from the more restaurant….staff/management not accommodating or understanding and refused adequate compensation. 2 buildings that are beyond confusing to get around.

What a fabulous place! Everything was perfect during our stay. Room, service, ambiance and food in the restaurants, all excellent. Transportation arrangements were on time and reliable.

Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to the old town. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Dinner scenery in the restaurant and views from our patio can’t be beat. Rooms very clean and staff was professional and helpful.
The layout is confusing. I think you can do better!

The views, promenade, cave bar excellent
There were footprints on the carpet in the room left by previous tenants, needs shampooing. The amenities in the bathroom had the hair conditioner outside reach of the shower, and not lotion bottles. A $15 euro fee for any delivery to the room, hence why we didn’t call for lotion.

Great hotel, spacious rooms and bathrooms. We had a two bedroom suite and it was perfect with great balcony view of the sea. Close to Old Town but away from the hustle and bustle. Nice pool as well. Cave bar is fun.

boat trip was fab. Staff at this hotel were amazing. View was amazing also.
We booked 2 Superior Rooms and the image on Booking.com was a larger balcony. We only got one room with the larger balcony. They did send a bottle of red wine on the last night to the other room as a means of doing something nice but it was too late in the trip and they don't drink red wine. We expected 2 rooms with the larger balconies and paid a lot of money for this.

I ordered a room with a king sized bed. In fact it was two single beds merged together, making sleep a bit tough and not so good.
