The location is good. The bus stop to old town and the tourist office to get the day pass is right there. There is a nice promenade along the ester to several restaurants
The staff was very helpful. My husband fell ill and they were able to get a doctor to the room.
We were in the annex which doesn’t have an elevator. Our initial room was on the garden side and was smaller than expected and no view. The staff kindly changed our rooms to the water side

Our room was warm and did not cool for the duration of our stay. The chair in the was wet when we arrived.

The location.
It was not clean. It smelled like stale cigarette smoke in reception area. Furniture broken, curtains ripped and hanging, carpeting worn/stained,air conditioning dripping water on head inside the room. Overall, property not being adequately maintained and is rundown. Because of the deplorable conditions, we could not get out of this hotel fast enough. Management would not consider even partial compensation.

Sunset beach situated 5 minutes walking distance from hotel. Bus stop is in 2 min away, super market is also 2 minutes away. So convenient!!! Their pool is excellent with many lounge chairs.
It’s only missing a mini fridge in the room to keep my beers cold. Also no safety box in the room.

I liked the clean room, the convenient location, the friendly staff, and the stunning view from the balcony. The room was comfortable, and the overall stay was pleasant.
The breakfast had the same selection every day, with very little variety. There were also flies landing on the food, which was unhygienic and should be addressed.

Nice pool area, Close to the beach if you would like that option, and the staff was very helpful.
Parking can be a little challenge so make sure to ask where to unload and park before you get there.

Breakfast is very good. The room is comfortable. Worth for money. My group got a special offer for free parking. That is very nice.
Eventhough there is an elevator but there are too more steps before reaching the room. Big luggage got some difficulty on this.

location is great with a bus stop to take you into walled city close. Also the beach is very close and many excellent restaurants.
They need to update their towels. They are passed their usage date.
