Huge variety at breakfast. Vegetarian choices incl baked sweet potato, breaded aubergine, mushrooms etc. staff very helpful. Our room was huge and bathroom exceptional
Bus stop to Old Town 200m up the hill often full in the morning and pavement down to port narrow and badly lit. Not the hotel's fault at all but I wished I had a torch

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in! Clean, spacious, excellent service, brilliant breakfast, and superb location (10 minute walk to Lapad Promenade, and 10 minute drive to Old Town). The staff are super friendly, professional, and very, very helpful. Truly a standout hotel, and I couldn't recommend it more highly!
My wife and I were sad we didnt stay longer.

The hotel is fantastic, the room is big, beautiful and comfortable, the location is great-it’s near a bus stop so you can reach the old city very quickly. The breakfast is the best one that I’ve ever seen!! A lot of variety of food and the food is very good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much!

We stayed for one night, the room was very spacious, everything was very clean. We had breakfast included and the food was amazing with so many options.
The staff was very kind. The Dubrovnik old town was only 2km distance.
Parking was in the hotels private garage, and they let us leave the car parked even after checkout which saved us money because parking in the city center is very expensive and lacks spaces.
The only problem was the slight leak in the corner of the walk-in shower.

Staff was phenomenal. Ivana (night shift) was so helpful. She was able to arrange a taxi for us after our Bolt and Uber cancelled at the very last minute. She ensured we got to the airport on time.

Very good location, close to a lots of restaurants and bars, Lapad is a neighborhood full of life, specially by the night, and the closest beach has good infrastructure to spend all day long, with long-chairs to rest without needing to pay. The breakfast was awesome.

1. The room was very comfortable.
2. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

4. Within walking distance to the beach and great restaurants.
5. It was the only hotel that I found that had a room with 3 beds. There were five of us, and we needed one room for three people. The room was very spacious, it had a queen bed, a twin bed, a sitting area with a very cute couch, a balcony. Very comfortable for three people. The room rate was very competitive, not much more than their standard room for two.
6. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. I was not only pleasantly surprised by all the selections; I was truly impressed. There was such a variety of foods that looked and tasted delicious. I travelled a lot on business and have stayed in some very upscale hotels in the USA. I admit that I have not seen this gourmet-type breakfast anywhere. And to make it even better, this fantastic breakfast was included in the rate, which was quite competitive. So, on the scale of 1 to 10, their breakfast gets 11. :)

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ivka in Dubrovnik! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was spotless from top to bottom. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast had a great selection, and the location made it easy to explore Dubrovnik while still enjoying a quieter area away from the crowds. It was the perfect place to relax after busy days sightseeing. Breakfast was top notch! On a bus line so can get to old town quite easily. Supermarket 100 meters away to pick up muchies and basic needs.
We'd happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent hotel staff, friendly and excited to help you find your way around town. The hotel and room was extremely clean and modern. They also will hold your bags for you. It's in a nice location outside of the old city with a bustop a few blocks away.
Did not have one negative experience at this hotel.

2 Parking ,underground and in front of the Hotel, very cordial staff, specially Ivana at the reception.
Good breakfast, great location, 15 minutes walk to Sunset beach,very beautiful and the number 6 bus very close to the hotel that takes you right to the old town.
You don't want to use the car to move around, trust me.
Park your car at the Hotel and enjoy Dubrovnik.
