I don’t typically write these, but I think that this hotel should know you are marketing and branding yourself as a five star hotel. From the aesthetics and the interior design, you are a five star hotel from a service standpoint and a quality standpoint. You are a three. Here’s why I called down because I had no hand wash at my sink twice. I was told somebody was bringing it up and they never did. I called to see if I could have my hair done. I was told someone to call me back and they did not. Walking into the breakfast I was never told that there was an all cart menu I assumed all that was available was a buffet. I confirmed this with one of the waitresses and she told me all that was available was the buffet, even though I was a guest and had included breakfast. When I checked out, no one asked me how my stay was. I know these seem like small things to you but when you’re paying as much money for this hotel, you expect things to be better than this do better.

Fantastic view from the room. Very good restaurant and facilities. Breakfast has an outstanding buffet. Staff very helpful and attentive.

Absolutely the most beautiful location you can imagine with views of the water and the old town. Easy 5 to 10 minute walk to the old town. But just outside the touristy area so that it’s nice and quiet at night. Amazing property.

Amazing property within a five minute walk of the walls of old town.
Anywhere on the verandas/balconies of the hotel, you had a great view of the city.
The service was excellent in the hotel was extremely clean.
A great place to stay to explore old town Dubrovnik.
Everything was great, but the biggest thing we liked was the convenience of getting into old town and being able to see it from the hotel.

The property is located perfectly just outside the old town gates making it super convenient. The access to the sea is also incredible. The large room was also very luxurious and the staff is amazing.
