Exceptional
The location along a pedestrian path with good restaurants all around, a DM supermarket close by, and close to a Libertas bus stop was great. The staff were so nice. The breakfast was great. The hotel has a great family feel in case you don’t want to stay in a big chain hotel. It’s walking distance to either old city or the good beaches.

Great location, you can walk to the beach in less than 2 minutes, easy access to other places by bus, car or on foot, the area is perfect for a family vacation surrounded by nice restaurants, cafes and last but not least, a stunning view of the beach. The hotel itself offers a warm/homely atmosphere and the staff was very kind and helpful. We had a wonderful time as a family and I highly recommend this place. I can't wait to come back again.

Breakfast was really good. A wide selection of options. Made with lots of care. I loved it. Staff were very friendly and respectful.
Somewhere to plug in my phone beside the bed. I suggested that to the owner’s son and he said he would look into it.

Close proximity to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. Room air conditioning works well !! Room has Balcony overlooking promenade.
Room was quite small for 3. Washroom was even smaller….Wifi was spotty, kept dropping out. Lost our in room tv services for 3 days, until we inquired a second time and different front desk person, he came up and within an hour he had it working again. First guy we asked couldn’t have cared less, he said the reason we didn’t have tv was because the owner didn’t pay the bill for tv and internet.

The location of the hotel Dubrovnik and the staff are the only good points from this Hotel.
The facilities are not satisfactory. There are no coffee machine. The rooms were small.

The hotel has its own restaurant. While it is away from Dubrovnik old town, it can be reached by Uber (~$10 one way). The front desk lady was very helpful.
Parking is tricky. It is 5 minutes away from the hotel and you need hotel staff to go with you to get into the garage and it is not free. It is challenging to even unload and load luggage as there isn’t a secure place near hotel.

Nice location close to so many restaurants and a big super market. Leonardo was very accommodating and polite.
Parking wasn't easy since we had our rental car. There is a close paid parking with a 20 spots available but it was a hassle to find a spot and move the luggage for a family of four with two little kids.

Location is Excellent, Staff and the owner are very good and enthusiastic. The rooms are very big and comfortable. Rooms have balconies big enough to give a relaxing evening
Breakfast could have been better, They need to improve on the amenities in the bathroom especially the housekeeping should take care if all the toiletries are full or they are dont run short. It happened with me but they willingness to solve the problem had gained them a 10 on 10 from me

Location was great! My room was the perfect size and I was so happy to have an elevator.
That one little jog out one door and across the balcony and down stairs to get to my room.

Elevator! A previous 3* in a walking area did not so I was concerned as steps can be a problem. The location is great though it is on a pedestrian-only promenade. Thankfully it is a short walk to the parking lot for drop-off and pick-up. Lots of nearby restaurants besides the one on site. Tonya and Marin were very helpful.
The manager, Leonardo, was very nice when we saw him the day after checking in. The problem was that he apparently had a day off when we arrived but left no specific instructions for his staff. Everyone deserves a day off, but it would be best to authorize someone or leave instructions.
