Despite booking 2 rooms with Balcony for 5 days, we were not given the balconies facing the Ocean. There was no option in the Booking.com to pre-book an Ocean facing room. Would have paid extra for that as the purpose of going to Croatia in a beach holiday was defeated. Disappointing

Big room, nice view, very comfortable beds. Clean and well equiped. Good breakfast with large choise of both hot and cold meals. Pleasant personal. Nice spa. You have everything you need on place. Many nice places to sweem and sea is just great.

Wonderful
This is a very nice property situated right on the promenade and the sea. It is clean, comfortable and well maintained. It is also located very close to the bus stop which you can take into old town Dubrovnik throughout the day.
The staff was very helpful in arranging private transfers to the airport, which was excellent, and also arranged a boat trip for us to the Elafiti Islands which turned out to be outstanding! Breakfast is served each morning and it is top level.

The staff was extremely helpful. All of them were always there to assist.
Honestly, the food. There wasn’t much of a choice. It’s either Pizza, burgers or BBQ. More choices would have made our 3 nights stay a lot easier. The problem is, nothing is around as well.

The food at breakfast and lunch plus the pools.
We lost a day as our flight aborted the landing on July 24th from Newark and flew to Rome. Did not get a refund on the room for one night as it was out of our control . We. Arrived the next day.

amazing seaside resort with multiple dining options, pools, and places to relax. You cannot beat the views of the Adriatic. Overall just a great stay and the food was very good. Not far from historic old town.

It was stated in the order that there is free parking, but in practice, it cost 10 Euro a day

Gorgeous view from ample balcony. Well appointed bathroom with flattering lighting and great water pressure. And a warm towel rack for drying bathing suits quickly. Comfortable bed.
Difficult to navigate up to our room on the 5th floor...multiple sets of steps...2 elevators. And finding breakfast was difficult. Not evident what restaurant to go to and then not easy to access. But the extravagant buffet was worth it.
