Great views. Lovely breakfast with a great selection. Friendly helpful staff. Handy for the ferry terminal.

The Hotel has a beautiful veiw of the city and coast. The hotel is located on top of a moutain relativly close to the main part of the city. Breakfast was great, plenty of choices of food to choose from.
The location of the hotel wasnt so great. It is located on top of a moutain, but still close to the main city. it really is not walking distance from old town. you have to get a taxi unless you really feel like taking the hike up the moutain.

Loved the modern decor. Always appreciated the outlets adjacent to the bed, slippers, fridge and kettle.
While it’s only a short uber ride to Old Town, location is a bit isolated. It’s possible to walk (especially going down hill) but I found Dubrovnik not the most pedestrian-friendly city. Some sidewalks abruptly end, then it’s just road and the sidewalk resumes.

The view in the proximity to the ferry was very good. The breakfast was delicious as well.
The gym equipment was very unorganized, in the space had not been cleaned up in a while. I decided not to work out after all because of this.

The view from the restaurant was nice because it sits high up on a hill. Pleasant staff but bartender had very limited English and I had a tough time explaining a Martini to him.
In a residential neighborhood next to a very busy street. Rooms on the left side of the hotel look at an old public housing tower— maybe rooms on the right facing the harbor don’t have that issue. Food is cafeteria style and hearty but basic.

The view from the balcony was stunning, and the pool was very nice. The interior felt a bit dated, though.
Some of the reception staff were not very welcoming. When I arrived, the receptionist seemed indifferent and it didn’t feel like my presence mattered.

We highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a tranquil escape near Dubrovnik. Its convenient location offers easy access to the city, but it's far enough removed to provide a peaceful atmosphere, especially at night. The breathtaking views from the balcony were a highlight; I enjoyed peaceful journaling sessions while soaking in the scenery. Breakfast was delicious, with some tables offering equally stunning views. The infinity pool was everything we hoped for, delivering unforgettable panoramic vistas. We were also impressed with the hotel's accommodating service, allowing us to store our luggage and use the facilities until our departure. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a truly memorable and relaxing stay
The room, while comfortable, was undeniably small. Sharing it with a friend, especially one as tall as 6 feet, made it feel a little cramped. The twin beds, while adequate, were placed quite close together. The shower was also on the smaller side, which might pose a challenge for larger individuals. However, it's worth noting that space constraints can be common in European hotels, particularly in historic cities. Ultimately, these were minor drawbacks, and the many positives of the hotel – the location, views, and service – more than compensated for the limited room size. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Only the views from entrance of the hotel from restaurant and from our balcony room magnificent port views . That’s all
When you leave the hotel seems u are just in a parking basement lot. Nothing to see. The room we have got magnificent port views but the room itself look very tired very old furniture only 1 chair. I suggest you got beautiful magnificent port views should renovate the rooms and put newer chairs not (1) to make your hotel a bit expensive. Views is not good enough to attract customers. I stayed in Dunny Hotel Valamar and I find their rooms newer cleaner lively not tiring plus they also have very good views w sprawling beautiful garden and most was the beach access. I agree u beat them on the view but theirs u can walk all day along the hotel access to beautiful views too very relaxing

Great property. Breakfast was good, but I am pretty picky, I love Scandinavian breakfasts. From our room, we had a view but also a huge apartment building in front of us. It all depends on the price point when you book and where your room is in the building. We did not pay as much for our room, hence worse view. It is up on a hill, we took the stairs up from the ferry. If you are out of shape, I suggest take a taxi. It is a very tough walk up to the hotel, especially with luggage. We only had two carry ons with us, and it was hard. But a good work out and quicker than taking a taxi. We did not stay around the hotel, we walked to Old Town. The staff was very helpful when we wanted to take a tour to Bosnia Herzegovina. We had a good stay.
The property is a little bit difficult to get to without transportation. Walking to it, is very tough.
