5 minute walk from the main bus station and a big grocery store close by. It was still under construction, so didn’t get to experience other facilities.
If you are a light sleeper, get a room not facing the bay and the road. View is beautiful but car noises can keep you up .

The location was great. Near main bus station and local bus stop very near to the hotel.
Building is newly renovated so facilities are clean and working well. Room is big. We had the end unit, so we had a nice view both of the mountain and the water. Staff were nice, and give us info regarding bus to take to old town. Allowed us to leave our luggages since were going somewhere but will be back to stay another night.
The separation of the small kitchen to the eating area. The kitchen is in the 2nd floor while the dining area is in the 1st floor.

The location was great, providing easy access to the harbor and the bus station. I was able to take a local bus to Old Town as well as get to Flix Bus. I was allowed to leave my luggage on site after checkout time until my departure. The proximity to restaurants was great.

The plug was missing from the sink. The security boxes were not secured to anything so could be removed from the wardrobe if somebody really wanted to take them.

The hostel is a few minutes walk from the central bus station and accessible by bus (1A, 1B, & 3) to the old town. It is located near a number of restaurants and a local market. The staff are friendly and helpful with information around town. The best thing is that we had a room with a sea view, the room is clean, fairly new, and bigger than we expected.
The hostel is not in the old town, where the main attraction is.

The location was good because I could take the airport bus which made a stop at the bus station, which was very close to the hotel.
The hostel had a kitchen, which was so small, I wouldn't even bother to use it. I washed a load of clothes for 7 euros, and it turned out good.

The manager on 9/11/2025 was personable and helpful. Perfect location to Port Gris, walking around the harbor, open air market, local brewery, restaurants, large market and catching Uber or a bus.

Proximity to everywhere was awesome and we were connecting onto a boat so was perfect. Not too far to walk into the old town if you like walking.
We couldn’t find microwave and kettle which the photos showed. We arrived at dusk and signage and lighting near entrance has room for improvement

The location was excellent for my needs - I arrived the day before I was taking the ferry to Korcula and the hotel was across the street from the ferry. It was also close to the bus to go into Old Town as well (20 minute ride). The balcony and view were beautiful but I was only staying there for less than 24 hours so I really didn't have much time to appreciate the view nor use the balcony. The bathroom and rest of the room was clean. I was also able to drop off my backpack in the lobby 5 hours before check in which made a huge difference.
Unfortunately, the bathroom had a kind of urine/mildewy smell even though it appeared clean. I thought breakfast was available down the street as a perk but I was on my own. It was my most expensive room in Croatia & Montenegro and it wasn't really worth paying the extra 25E except for the location.

Easy check-in and right between the port and the bus station, which was very handy for us.
It's far from the old town if walking, but just a short bus ride that leaves you right at the entrance gate.
Some noise from the street, but not bad (and we are light sleepers).
Room itself was clean and had a great shower.
Price wise, it's on the high end when compared to other places we have stayed, but nothing is cheap in Dubrovnik.
The shared kitchen is rather small and not well looked after. The towels left in the room were hand towels, not bath towels.
