Wonderful
The location is high in the mountain side with great views from the upper deck. Innkeeper is super friendly, approachable and will assist with anything, she did try to live up to the name of the place Sweet Home. The rooms would be fine for two adults and two children, but perhaps tight for four adults. Getting to the place is a bit of adventure, due to the many stairs you will take, but it is walkable to some interesting spots (if you dont mind taking 5 hundred steps).
Every day is an adventure when you are here, and I would visit again for that reason.

Excellent view of Dubrovnik Old Town. Clean quite room with closet, fridge, A/C, beach towel and balcony overlooking the Old Town. Wonderful and accommodating hosts. Really appreciated the Saint-Jacob beach recommendation. Stairs to the Guest House are doable.
No shuttle from the Old Town to the Guest House.

A little higher up in terms of stairs than was good for my knee injury. Even with uber drop off there are 80 steps up. But just know that going in. Would recommend

The stairs up are long and hard, but your the view definitely makes it worth it! (Just don’t do them mid day or you’ll die)

The view is worth all the steps - and there are plenty! I really enjoyed the small kitchen to prepare my morning coffee and breakfast. Loved starting and ending my days on the balcony watching the town come alive! Host was very helpful and thankful she recommended the Dubrovnik Pass I got the 3 day one and it was for sure a great savings!

Great property! Linda, the owner, met us on the street in front, showed us the place to park and took us up to the room. Very spacious apartment: kitchen with everything needed to make a basic breakfast and coffee, large sleeping area with a table and wardrobe, nice bathroom with good towels and the best part - a balcony looking out to the bay. Linda is friendly, helpful and offered a welcome gift of homemade blueberry liqueur. In mid-April her restaurant below was not yet open for the season and only one restaurant in town was. The trail to the lakes was 100 meters away, providing ample walking opportunities. Very quiet at night. Couldn’t be happier!

Very comfortable
Our host was wonderful! Our flight was sent to another airport because of the weather and it was an 8 hour bus trip to get to Dubrovnik. We arrived at 5:30 AM, but the host was there waiting for us with a smile ?
Also our taxi driver Mario came to the airport at 5:00 AM to pick us up, he was great ?
We highly recommend staying here!

This guest house is lovely! The host, Tsrina, is so kind and helpful if you need anything during your stay. She advised me on how to rearrange some of my activities due to the week's weather forecast, which was incredibly helpful! The room was very clean and had everything you could need in the small kitchen to make a few meals and keep drinks very cold. The balcony was the perfect place to unwind after a long day walking around Old Town (with a really incredible view of Old Town and Lokrum Island). The bed was also very comfy!
P.S. Prepare yourself for the stairs in Dubrovnik. Many accommodations are reached by long streets of stairs, including this one. Good thing about this place is you can cool off with the AC and a shower once you get up :)

The owner was very pleasant and wonderful. She made sure our room was cleaned daily. The view from our balcony was spectacular.
There were lots of stairs to get to the property. It's not for people who have mobility problem. Going down was fine but going up was very hard for us. We took a taxi every time we went back and there was still some stairs to climb.

Beautiful view! More affordable price compared to other places. Basic amenities but totally pleasant and ac worked great (sometimes too well!). Owner was so nice and gave great advice on places to visit. Proximity to the old town was great (about 10 min)
There are a lot of stairs, not just on the property but to and from the old town (415 to be exact) so would not recommend if you have mobility issues. Walking back everyday even as a fairly in shape, able bodied person was tough. Amenities were pretty basic but that was expected, so we knew that going in and had no issue!

Very friendly and hospitable owners who welcomed us and made us feel right at home. Beautiful panoramic view from the terrace (our bedroom did not have a balcony), overlooking the old town and Lokrum island. The bedroom was properly equipped and even had a small kitchenette with basic utensils.
WiFi barely worked in the bedroom and we had to leave the bedroom and go to the terrace to have access. The location is not super convenient as one has to climb many steps to get there from the Old Town. Also, it was pricey considering the fact that we were given a ground room without a view, unlike the rooms on other floors that had balconies.

Everything was great.Clean, comfortable, and close to Banji Beach. Really helpful host.
Lots of stairs so it isn't for someone who can't do a lot of stairs. My traveling partner is in her late 70s, and we had to rest frequently. But the view was absolutely amazing.
