This was an incredible property with an amazing staff. The property itself was beautiful and within walking distance to everything I wanted to explore. The restaurant was great and the staff were so helpful and friendly. I hope to visit this beautiful property and country again!

The location was perfect—right in the heart of Old Town Dubrovnik. The staff were lovely, kind, and attentive, and it was clear they genuinely enjoyed working there, which made the stay even more welcoming. I couldn't fault anything and would highly recommend this hotel.

Loved the location as it was in the heart of old town and near the best restaurants. Rafaela welcomed me graciously and was there for any questions. The room was wonderful with a cappuccino maker, hot water boiler and free water everyday. There was also a stove, although I didn’t use it. Lucija was wonderful too and a joy to chat with

Wonderful location. Outstanding staff (Thanks Rafaela!). They arranged airport pickup and met us at Ploce Gate to help with our luggage. Had dinner at their restaurant and experienced a great meal with friendly service.
There is no elevator but staff will gladly help with your luggage.

The location couldn't have been better. The personal service was outstanding, and everyone was so kind and accommodating. Rafaela, the concierge, went above and beyond. Our room was huge, and it was beautiful. We truly couldn't have found a better place to stay in Dubrovnik. This place is really special.

We really enjoyed being in the old town.
It was great to be right there.
The rooms could be a bit bigger, but as it is in the old town, that is probably not possible!

The location is perfect. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and then some. Exceptionally friendly. Excellent restaurant on site. I would also recommend their airport shuttle service.

Very nice breakfast made to order each day.
The room air conditioning did not cool the room below 24C so it was uncomfortably hot to sleep. We had to request clean towels half the time.
