Exceptional
Really homey and warm atmosphere, we were taken care of like old time family friends. Magnificent view from balcony, fully equipped kitchen, cookies from home owner and a short trek from old city (uphill tho). Really recommend this place, will definitely come back.

it was not staff it’s family but owner she was very good and polite
location was not too good for short stay if you don’t want to walk (climb) for 25 mins from old town then it won’t suit you. it was not clean at all and it’s a hostel morning you leave ok but evening when you come back you see someone new. you and whoever need to adjust. maybe you want AC and other person doesn’t like to sleep in AC. long story short better pay whatever amour and stay in hotel near Old town. and don’t stay not only in this hostel in any hostel.

Apartment was close enough to the old town, so you can walk on foot in 20 min. There was small priwat and cosy balcony with a good view to the sea, islands and town.
Apartment didn't have private kitchen or bathroom. Shared bathrooms and kithen were badly dirty. There was a bad smell in bathrooms. I cleaned mirror and cabinet in shared bathroom for myself, because it was too disguisting to use. Also there were urine stains on BD, beard hair and dust on sinks and hanging cabinet with a mirror... Bad and dissapointing experience for a big price, sad...

Tucked up on the hills this lovely guesthouse was a safe haven as a solo female traveller needing a place to stay for the night. In the morning my balcony had stunning views of Dubrovnik. All doors locked with the keys you are given adding another level of security.
Safety comes before anything else and I felt that instantly. The rooms are dated but clean. I would definitely come back. Know your priorities when traveling- safety, a clean bed, showers and kind people are mine.

Very Good
The view was amazing. We walked up the hill, so we were happy to have this as a reward. But you can easily take a taxi too. Despite that the hosts their english is not that good, they were amazingly friendly. We were welcomed with drinks and cookies and wanted to help us the best way possible. If you only search for a place to sleep, don't hesitate.
Just for a night or 2 it will do. But personally I would choose for something a bit more luxury for a longer period.

Disappointing
The view from the terrace, very pretty.
It was dirty, the staff was unresponsive. We arrived at the property and called them 5 times, no answer. We had to talk to the neighbor, he told us how to get to their door. We found them sitting on the porch.
