It is a great location-close to bus stop and old town. With the best part of the stay was Eddy! He offered great restaurant recommendations. After checkout, I was also able to store my luggage and seek refuge from the rain on the porch.

Wow is all I can say about this location. The view from the room was stunning, and we were walking distance from all the spots we wanted to visit. We met so many people who stayed within the city walls who had to climb over 100 steps to get to their room. Eddie was also such a welcoming host and gave us some fantastic tips for our stay. We felt so fortunate to have found Eddie’s place!
We loved everything! If you are looking for a true hotel experience, go to the Hilton across the street. But if you are looking at guest houses, this one can’t be beat!

Location was perfect. Edi was so welcoming - showed us all the top places to check out and gave us a map with restaurant recommendations and must do activities. Allowed us to check in early as well. He was super accommodating and just a great vibe.
Room was a bit small but it was totally fine. With two suitcases we couldn’t really move around the room though and there was no closet space or anything. We only stayed for two nights so it was fine for us but if we stayed longer than that it might’ve been a bit of an issue. Edi did tell us we had the smallest room and once others moved out of theirs he offered us to move to a bigger room.

This property is amazing! It’s centrally located, clean, comfortable beds, and you can’t beat the view! Waking up to the view is our favorite part! Also, Eddie checked us in and he was very helpful and gave us great tips on what to do and where to eat and overall, he had such good vibes! I highly recommend this place, can’t wait to be back!

This property is special- the rooms with an ocean view are stunning but even the rooms with a street view are very cute (we stayed in both). Right next to the Pile gate. I always read reviews for positive comments about the host and Edi was fantastic: he met and welcomed us with information and recommendations, provided beach towels and coffee, and stored our luggage when we checked out. I would recommend to friends and stay again!

The location was perfect, right where the buses stop in Dubrovnik and right outside one of the city wall's entrances. Edi was just a welcoming host! I felt bad for running late to the initial check-in time, but he was very accommodating and gave us great tips on exploring the city. The room itself had a stunning view of the sea - what a way to watch the sunset or wake up to! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Dubrovnik and want to stay around the Old Town area.

Eddie was super helpful in recommendations for dining and activities. Our room was ready, so he allowed us to check in a little early. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the AC cooled the room down nicely. It was in a great location with easy access to everything.
Not so much a dislike, but our room was extremely tiny. We were two adults traveling with rolling duffles so it wasn’t an issue for us, but could be for some travelers with rolling suitcases, as there would have been nowhere other than the beds to open your suitcase. We don’t care about the size of the room so much, as we are there for the sights, but some others may have concerns.

Could use a good cleaning. There’s mold in shower. Bed was too hard, limited hot water and hair dryer didn’t work.

The location is superb, just outside the old town but close enough to walk to it. Eddie the owner is such a kind gentleman. We booked a room but without us asking, Eddie upgraded us to a unit with kitchen facilities, which turned out to be a life saver as we were having digestive issues. Having a kitchen allowed us to make simple meals to soothe our stomachs.
The stairs to get to the room but it is a short flight to bring our luggages up and down.

Loved the location and the view of the West Harbor! The room was clean and comfortable, small but that's exactly what I expected in a centuries old house. Edi was very friendly and helpful!
A plastic cup in the bathroom would be nice.

Staff was vey accommodating. We were able to drop our luggage before checking. Host lives on property. Beautiful view from number 5 looking out over the sea. See pics taken from our window overlooking the sea. Almost a full moon. Sound proofing in room was great.
Stairs were very narrow but the host helped with luggage. Rooms were tiny but adequate for our purposes.
