The studio apartment is greay
The green double room. We swapped to the studio after the first night. It costs more but is much better.

Very nice host and the location was excellent!
The air conditioner was making a lot of rattling noise when it was going. It was a bit hard to sleep for the first night but then we used air plugs the second night and it was ok. We also didn't realise that the bathroom was across the hall. It was still a private bathroom but it was a bit annoying to have to unlock and lock our room door to get to it in the night. Fine for a few nights, but just be aware of it :-)

We had a perfect vacation. The apartment has an excellent location near the old town and beach. Very clean and equipped. We really enjoyed the view from the balcony. The host was very helpful and nice, We could check in earlier and she organised transfer from airport for us. We would like to come again.

Location which is outside of Old Town - many stairs before reaching apartment
Helpful neighbourhood - The staff in Bikers Cafe helped me to contact the owner. My wallet was found by a neighbour who knew the owner and it was returned to me. Thank you.

The toilet and shower are not inside the apartment for both the Yellow Room and Green Room. It is not an apartment with ensuite facilities which is inconvenient. It should be indicated more clearly in the description in Booking.com

Disappointing
The host was nice and gave us a few recommendations upon our arrival, was easy to communicate with. While up a lot of steps, not too far from the old town.
Room was very small and cramped, everything inside was generally quite old or not in good condition and this included the bathroom, from which there was a smell every time we walked in. There was also what looked to be mould in the shower. We considered changing accomodation but decided it was not worth the hassle at that stage. As said in other reviews you need to go up a lot of steps to reach the property. Overall, would not recommend.
