I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect, the room was clean and cozy, the whole hotel was well kept, and the courtyard was very charming. I would definitely stay here again!

Small place (4-6 rooms?) with very attentive owners. Fabulous private swimming pool in the back. Beds made and clean up every day. Good spot for exploring Lapad and it is on the #6 bus line for 15-20 minute access to old town. Overall more private and comfortable than a hotel
Room was a bit small - bed, bathroom and closet were fine but one chair at a small desk a bit cramped for eating breakfast, writing or looking at maps.

It was in a good location if you want any walk at night, very clean, comfortable, it had everything you need, nice view from the window, nice dekor with nice details. And a good choice comparing with what Dubrovnik offers but my experience was not in summer time.

Absolutely wonderful stay at Bova. The room is a great size, location is perfect - in a lovely area called Lapad, and it's very clean throughout. Sanja was a joy to communicate with and very helpful.

The hotel and room were clean and beautiful, making them perfect for our one-night stay in Dubrovnik. The bed was REALLY comfortable! It was also nice to go for a quick refreshing swim in the hotel pool.
Our hostess/the hotel owner was lovely. :)
Getting to the Old Town was easy, and if you’re too tired to walk, there are several bus routes nearby that go there. The hotel is also very close to the main bus station and harbor.
While the hotel wasn’t noisy, earplugs are a must if you’re a light sleeper, as sounds from inside and outside of the building can be easily heard.

Location, view, helpfulness of owner, clean and well decorated room, very good size, comfortable bed, located near bus route to old town, restaurants, boat trips etc

Well appointed rooms overlooking the marina, very comfortable bed, fridge, safe, tea/ coffee making facilities. Very welcoming hosts, greeted on arrival late at night. Quiet scenic location close to many good restaurants, approx 7min walk to frequent bus to old town and 10 min walk to bus to Cavtat which comes every 30mins. Closest small shop is about 7 mins walk. 15 min walk in other direction takes you to Lapad promenade walk, restaurants and beach. Lovely quiet pool.
Pool is accessible to the side of neighbouring restaurant and has no toilet/ shower facilities. I had a late flight so after 11am check out, had to use the Marina Frape facilities across the road which was a nuisance.

Beautiful location. Crisp clean white bed linen and cleaned everyday. Nice courtyard as advertised. Plenty of restaurants and bar close by if you didn’t want to venture back into Dubrovnik
