The location was great in the old town. I unfortunately don’t understand that there were two gates in and the bus from the airport drops you at the further gate. So we had to walk through the old town to get there. Which was longer and hotter. So my mistake! But the apartment was nice. And the location was great! You could hear the bells rung hourly. I would stay here again!
I couldn’t figure out how to make the coffee. So that was a bummer. Also I booked 4th floor so I had to walk up 4 flights of stairs with my suitcase but other than that good

Modern, nicely designed and very comfortable in a good location close to Pile Gate, walls and old port for local tours to island and Cavtat. Easy secured access to property with remote access by owners. Highly recommended!

The property is within the old town and close to the main gate. Requires about a 100m walk from the town entrance. The apartment was on level 4 with no lift - so not so suitable for impaired/elderly. Coffee machine and washing machine were appreciated. Comfortable bed.
An inside, foldable drying rack would have been a useful complement to the washing machine.

Great location. Excellent, clean and well equipped studio apartment. Loved the coffee machine.
Can be a little noisy with church bells nearby and late night revelry on Stradun. Be aware, there are 57 stairs to reach the apartment.

Apartments Eleganca is truly a fantastic place to stay! Located right in the heart of Dubrovnik’s Old Town, it couldn't be more convenient — you're just steps away from everything, yet tucked into a peaceful spot that still feels private and relaxed.
The apartment itself is beautifully renovated — a historic building thoughtfully transformed into a modern, stylish space with every comfort you could need. It perfectly blends old-world charm with contemporary design, and everything feels fresh, clean, and well cared for.
What really sets this place apart is the host. Incredibly helpful and welcoming, they even went out of their way to park our car for us — a huge help in a city where driving and parking can be tricky. From start to finish, the whole experience was smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable.
Highly recommended for anyone wanting a comfortable, high-quality stay right in the center of Dubrovnik!

The location of the apartment was good, inside the Old Town, approachable. The host was good, cooperative.
The staircase was too steep and troublesome. There was no elevator.

It is a big advantage to have an apartment in Dubrovnik, and this one was very comfortable. While we dined out in the evening, it was so good to have coffee, breakfast & lunch in the apartment & not have to compete with the many tourists who visit the old city during the day. The location is very convenient and the building is secure. The apartment was light and airy. It was fun to look down at the comings & goings on the Stradum. In early October, the city was busy but not completely over-run with people. With the windows closed & A/C on, we heard little or no noise from the street. It was very handy having a washing machine for clothes as well as a small dishwasher. Communication with Marco re arrival was very easy.
The coffee machine was a little temperamental (googled the manual to sort out a few issues). There was a minor leak in the shower recess (not a big problem).

The apartment is in a very central and handy location within the Old Town. The flat is newly renovated with good facilities.
The location is a bit noisy as it is just off the main street so you hear late night noise / people going home from the pub. Although all other facilities are good, the room is missing a wardrobe / chest of drawers so not able to unpack your bag.
