We liked the apartment- it was comfortable and clean. The balcony has a lovely view of the sea, albeit somewhat obscured by the building in front.
The apartment is quite far from the old town where all the restaurants and activities are. We found it took at least 25 minutes to walk down to the town. This was via numerous steps which are unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues and across a very busy road with 4 lanes and extremely fast drivers.

The owner was extremely welcoming. We arrived late, and since there were no restaurants open in the area, she kindly brought us some food, which we really appreciated. The house was very clean, and the view was absolutely incredible.

We had to leave our original apartment at short notice due to a power failure late on a friday and the guys at apartment Srecko were just fantastic at letting us in early on Saturday. They were very helpful and even found us a corkscrew for our wine.
The apartment was really big, much bigger than we expected with a full size kitchen. This allowed us to cook some meals and save a bit of money as we have still not been refunded for the original appartment.
So many steps to get from the old town to the apartment.

Cvija was excellent as a host. English is not her native tongue but she managed to tell us about many places to visit, and the facilities in her apartment
The MANY MANY steps to the Old Town, but we were aware of them when booking.

Need be aware the climbing back from the old town can be difficult for old people. There are bus and other options.

Great location and well equiped apartment for all your needs. Washing machine was under maintenance so the host washed all our clothes and were very accommodating. Overall a great stay with super nice hosts!!

It was nice. Clean with a good view. Great host. It’s a good value but it’s a lot of steps.
It’s easy to go down the steps to Old Town, but it is a workout to go back and cabs are pricey.

the host and her husband were very friendly and helpful
our balcony with a view was very small. the main terrace had no view and people were allowed to walk through it so there was no privacy and we were overlooked by other tenants. once we arrived we were told by the owner who lived at the premises that we couldn’t use the terrace after 10pm. we had to whisper throughout the evening incase we got told off. there were a fair few steps to get to the property especially after a day out in the town so definitely not suitable for people with mobility issues. the property was basic but sufficient.

Very clean and very big apartment with a nice view of the sunset close to the old town,only 15 minutes by the walk. The owner it’s a very friendly women, she bring us on the first morning coffee .. we will come back again next year. We recommending this apartment if you want to have a very pleasant stay in Dubrovnik.
