Great location, everything was within easy walking distance. Place was very comfortable and clean. The hosts were amazing! Very friendly and attentive. They spoiled us with delicious cake, crepes, seafood lunch and welcome drink. Highly recommended!! We would definitely stay here again.

This well equipped and pleasant apartment is steps away from both the Buza and Ploče gates but was very quiet at night. The hosts were wonderful - friendly and responsive but never intrusive, and they kept offering us cake! Cannot recommend this place enough!

This apartment is an absolute gem. Sitting just a two minute walk above the Ploce Gate (and with no stairs to navigate!), it's hard to imagine a better location for exploring Old Town Dubrovnik. Small, yes, but comfortable and immaculately clean, it met our needs perfectly for our week's stay. The owner, Luce, is wonderfully warm and caring, and has truly thought of everything when it comes to making sure that Apartment Santa has all that her guests might need during their holiday - including cakes and pastries, which were frequently delivered to the door and absolutely delicious! We had a great time here and would definitely book again.

Outstanding location, the owner and her entire family make you feel like you are part of their family. It was just what we were looking for. We would recommend it for any couple visiting Dubrovnik.

We loved all about this stay, but the most we loved our host. The lady was extremely welcoming and kind, she offered us cakes, coffee and fresh fruits. She was so caring, making sure we had everything we needed.
The apartment is small, but well organized and very clean. The outside area is lovely and perfect to have an aperitivo in the evening and breakfast in the morning. The location is also perfect, just 3min walk from the old town, but reachable with a car. And also the bus station for the airport shuttle is just 5min walking distance.
Overall one of the best stays with the kindest people.

Amazing! I've stayed in many short term rentals (booking, AirBnB...) and Luce and Thomas were fantastic, the best hosts you will ever meet. Luce brought us coffee each morning and a breakfast danish. They live on the property and they are very good at giving you space. The entrance to Old Town is very very close (50 yards).

The location was excellent for what we wanted, close to the attractions and our friends were close by. The owner was very kind and caring and made sure we had fresh fruit and cake and made sure we were comfortable. We recommend this as a place to stay while visiting Dubrovnik.
Privacy, although this was not an issue, the owners and their visitors walked right past the outdoor sitting area and by the windows of the apartment.

Brilliant location literally 2 minutes from Ploce gate into Old town. Being just outside the walls and the nature of property provided a peaceful oasis. It's inside the ground of the family's home but you have a small outside area with table chairs and parasol just for you which was lovely. The family were just so welcoming and friendly, regularly giving us cake and offering coffee. The apartment was not huge but very well done and bigger than the one we subsequently had in Split. Outstanding stay and property. Thoroughly recommended.

The apartment was really clean and comfortable. The distance from it to the wall is close. If you walk to the left hand side you can avoid the stairs (really helpful).
Yasmin was great, we were offered coffee, juice, cake and pancakes during our stay which makes you feel welcome.
Overall I would really recommend this place to stay as it allows you freedom to come and go as you please.
