Great location if you want to utilise the boats in Gruz and take trips to islands north of Dubrovnik.
Great Kitchen.
Some of the fittings around the apartment need fixing.
Tv is old.
Location is a bit of a bus from the old town.

Excellent place for apartment, value for money specially for those who need parking
For Checkin requires special assistance from host, which they provide on whatsapp but if someone is not experience enough should understand that properly

Great location, close to port, restaurants, supermarkets, city center… The apartment was comfortable and well equiped, and Stanka was really sweet and happy to help. Would definitely pick this place again for my stay in Dubrovnik!

Good location in the new town, poor property maintenance and wanted to charge more when we asked to use the pull out sofa bed.
Bath not clean
Wanted extra for us to use sofa bed; also sofa bed very uncomfortable.
Had no bed linen for the sofa bed.
Freezer frosted up so virtually not usable.
Difficult location to find; directions were extremely poor.
Apartment nice but signs of use, loose handles, shelves, kitchen door laminate peeling off, bath slow to drain & overflow plug control loose, bathroom vanity unit lights not functioning etc.

Fantastic stay, apartment had everything we needed plus it was very clean in very modern buiding, with underground parking and only a few minutes walk from the old city. There was a good one restaurant downstairs or another next block. Very close to couple supermarkets - just within 100m. Also great communication with the host, which was extremly helpful and willing to make your stay perfect. Rate 10 out of 10.

Great location (20 min of walking to the Old Town), spacious apartment, balcony with a view
No essentials like shampoo and shower gel, apartment was dirty (dirty cups, hair from probably previous guests, crumbs on the shells, toaster, fridge)

Beautiful flat in a new building. Guaranted safe parking in garage. Partial view to sea from terrace. Well equipped with all you need.
The smart TV wasnt working. 45 mins walks from centre but bus stops in front of the building.

Great place to stay, large comfortable and well equipped. Location was excellent, in a modern part of Dubrovnik near shopping and dining options. Access to old town was east using a close by bus stop, we could be in the old city in ten minutes using the bus. Also included was indoor parking for our car with anytime access.
No complaints here.
