The location was good. It was nice that there was a balcony. The kitchen was well-equipped. The town is lovely. The general area is gorgeous. The best pizzeria (Fratelli) is walking distance.
After more than 20 years of staying at various places all around the Croatian coast and Croatia in general, this place was far over-priced considering the condition and lack of cleanliness and maintenance of the room and the facilities. The wifi was also very poor. The property has great potential, the hosts are friendly and kind, but even if there isn't enough money to invest in maintenance and necessary renovations to maintain a basic standard for the price, there should at least be an effort to keep the room as clean as possible. There was dirt from the air conditioner all over the couch/bed in the kitchen, there was dust everywhere (on the lamps and side table and on the floor), the bathroom looks as though it is falling apart. All together, this does not give a good feeling when you will be sleeping there with your family. I really hope the owners had a successful enough season this past summer to give their property some much-needed TLC or that alternatively, they will not charge over 100 euros for 1 night without doing some major cleaning. We have stayed in far more beautiful/well-equipped/comfortable/cleaner/ accommodations in popular places on the seaside within a similar or even closer proximity to the sea for the same price or even less in the middle of the high-season, so I do not feel there is any justification for such a price. I really wish I could give a better review and wish the owners get the support they need to provide a better experience for their guests.

Air conditioning was working good. The location is 3 minutes to the sea, it suitable for those, who search shallow sea with no waves, suitable for small kids.
Not enough parking space as there are more apartmans as parking places, the kitchen is 1 for the floor, there are only few dishes, the bed is soft and not suitable for any person over 190 cm. One big balcony for all = no privacy.

Close to the beach, seems like a quiet neighborhood. Very nice host, willing to help with everything. The room had all the basics for a night stay.
Let's just say that the AC is a bit loud.

Great host and well equipped apartment. It has nice balcony and air conditioning is included. Whole apartment is retro look and modest, but it is very clean and cousy. In common kitchen you can find everything you need. Parking is included and beach is near by.
Great value for money.
