Excellent view to all the city
The room in where I was the bed it was old due the I could feel the spring from the mattress it was a little uncomfortable but it was just for 1 night, the pressure of the water also was very low

Location is in one of the safest area in the city
The water supply but it's not the hostel fault is the government and the Mayor's faults , they do all they can to keep it running

The room are great, simple but great
Don't have way to pay whit card only cahs and they don't say anything, and have a deposit extra cover, that's annoying.
And the location is different, have two places

I love the place, quiet centric area. The room was clean. And everything is just so good. The people working here is respectful and nice.
I didn't like that there was no TV in our room, just in a share area. And for the kitchen there are not enough plates and or things to prepare our food.

It is a safe place and staff was helpful, they helped to print some papers for free. It is safe area. Yes, it was cold and no blankets, but they had hot water in privite room. Overall safe and good price

This people try to scam me trying to give me a higher payment and in cash. There was no front desk and a security guard was assisting me cause there was no one there. I left and didn’t stay. Travelling to far and not to have something I booked was very stressful and disappointing.

The room and facilities in general were much nicer than what you would expect for the price I paid. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The location is great, the area feels safe to walk around and everywhere we wanted to go was relatively close.
Someone else wrote a comment about the noise from passing vehicles, that's true. Someone else wrote a comment about the water pressure in the shower, it varies with time of day.

Tha lack of information about where exactly I was supposed to go. I went to one of the complexes and it turned out I was booked to stay at another part/address of the hostel complex. It would be greatly appreciated if the different complexes were losted separately and also, explain the check in process (I was told that I had to have some paperwork fron the main office, and I was unaware of that) in the app or on the confirmation email.

I liked how much space there is you know especially with the rooftop the views it’s really breathtaking if you’re not from Tegucigalpa, as well as a nice staff
For me the private rooms I did expect them to have maybe like a private toilet and sink so when I had to use it like in the middle of the night but I had no idea didn’t explain to me where it was.

Style.
I didn't like the fact that my wife's bag was left in a taxi, containing passport and cash and not only did Palmira Hostel refuse entry to the kind hearted driver, but they refused to accept the bag. Truly abhorrent, borderline obscene. I will go out lf my way to ensure they lose future business. Shameful.
