Comfortable beds.
Restaurant service. I waited for more than 25 minutes for someone to take my order and no one showed up. Had to get up and go elsewhere.

I had a sliding door in my room that connects to another room. I wish that there was a latch on my side for security purposes. It felt unwell to know that it could open

Location is wonderful if you’re needing to be close to certain destinations.
My room was just below dining which had a party three of the four nights. Suggest a lower floor if sound while sleeping is a problem.

Disappointing
Nothing I could pick out that I liked about this hotel, it was not what you see in the picture.
I had to walk up the stairs to the fourth floor, as the elevator never worked, I think it's just an excuse of theirs. Also someone came looking for me and they let her come up and knock on my room door.

I didn’t like nothing about this place.
I have to move to another hotel because, I did pay for an executive room when I got there they gave me a room that it wasn’t the one that I pay. They told me if I want the executive room I had to pay more. I put in my info 1 adult 2 kids I was told that I just added one kid. Totally disappointed at this place

Rooms to the main road are not the best if you are looking fpr a good night rest . Noisy. all night vehicles passing.

They should change the bed, was really squeacky.
Chairs in the business center weren´t in good shape and hours are really limited
We were two of us (coworkers) but we had to really ask for a second key for the room.

Clean place. Very peaceful atmosphere.
I like the message they have in the room. I felt at ease .
Very calm atmosphere. The breakfast was very good.
Staff very attennvitive. I forgot my phone charging and they message to advise me . Very honest people.
