The staff was really welcoming and they even let me check in at 2 am. The room was clean and well maintained. The room service was excellent and on top of it each and every day.
Nothing in particular except if they can increase the food item on their dinner menu.

The staff were kind and attentive.
The parking lot (inside of the hotel) was available, but only if you dont go out anymore once you use it. So you cant go out at night to get dinner or something else. You have the option of parking next to the hotel but it is not a closed parking lot. The air conditioner wasnt working properly. The restaurant didnt have enough water, just one bottle. At the night was a convention just in front of the hotel, in the street, in the morning the streets were close for a race.

I enjoy the breakfast, the rooms are clean and the staff was exceptional. Suyapa the Chef and Cesar on the 6th floor cafeteria make you a priority and go above and beyond. Lenny in the reception area makes you feel welcome and also is always available to help. The cleaning staff was also amazing.
I wish the Sky lounge was open.
