Very good accomodation, especially, if you go to Teguc with business work. Thank you for easy check in and check out, a fully furnitured apartament (the washing machine and the dryer are there), and drinking water waiting for me in the fridge. Restaurants and supermarket are very near. The place is protected.

-Free snacks, coffee and lot of bottled water
-Apartmwnt has fantastic view with balcony and afternoon sun, located on second top floor
-Safe area with own shoppingncenter across the street
-Very nice new appartment with two a/c
-Fridge and freezer did not work, didn't cool at all
-Neighbor upstairs likes to throw around furniture late night or early morning. Also this neighbor likes to listen to very loud music at 6am for an hour or more
-Receiving the key can be challenge, as the location on where the key person waits is totally confusing. Owners: Please put an exact link on google maps where the key person waits.

Everything in excellent condition, good equipped kitchen, aircondition, everythin very clean, a beautiful view from the window over the city and a small balcony where you can enjoy your evening with a cup of wine. Communication with the owner was super responsive and very welcoming. The area is very safe with private security, very calm and green surroundings. Perfect to have good sleep at night. The location was convenient for us as it is just 15 minutes away from the airport. Would definitely recommend the place.
We booked the apartement because of the swimming pool. Unfortunately, it was closed due to maintenance, which was quite disappointing for us, as it was our last 3 days in the city with a small kid. There is a office where you have to make the reservation if you want to use the pool, they also provide information about maintenance times, so if you come here for the pool, check ahead if the pool is available on your dates.
