The price listed is not the same when you paid i was charged 40$ Xtra the rate listed was 180.00$ they charged me 239 $ very disappointed!

Everything as usual.
The fact that I wasn't allowed to take my breakfast to my room. I was told that I could only eat it in the dining room, which it didn't make any sense to me, I was working; therefore, I didn't have enough time to eat it there but in my room while working. I didn't eat the one for Friday because of that, but I ate the one for Saturday. Guests should be allowed to eat their breakfast wherever they wish to.

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel! The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. And the food? Simply wonderful! We can't wait to visit again.

The room was clean. Friendly staff. Good value.
Parking can be challenging. Breakfast was ok but the restaurant was overcrowded with ridiculous waiting times. 40 minutes in line to get scrambled eggs and sausage. Dinner can get pricey too.

The hotel staff were wonderful, the breakfast buffet included in the price was plentiful, we felt very safe and the rooftop bard and pool were a beautiful place to spent time hanging-out as a family!

The breakfast was fantastic! The pool was heated, which I did not expect. The room is very spacious and the staff are friendly. I saw a front desk receptionist help a guest carry food from breakfast and swipe the elevator for her because her hands were full.
The door to the bathroom was loud every time it was opened or closed, which was not the best during sleeping hours.
