Great location, beautiful view of the mountains, nice lobby and big spacius rooms. Restaurant was really good too.

Hotel personnel provided a very good attention, good amenities and good spacious room.
Internet service was very bad, no connections services in morning and evening time. If you go for business I wont recommend you to stay in the hotel because of its bad internet service. For breakfast services hotel should vary more the options of food services. Always serve for breakfast the same food.

The view of the Christ statue on the mountain top was amazing. The breakfast was good as well.
The safe gave me a problem but the staff was quick to fix the problem.

The hotel was clean, quiet and reasonably priced. The staff were kind and attentive.
It was very odd that the full included a la carte menu breakfast did not include cappuccino. We were not told about this and were charged for it after breakfast.

The breakfast was delicious and lots of choices. The rooms were large with very comfortable beds. VERY CLEAN. I also enjoyed the swimming Pool and the sauna.
After a number of mistakes made by the hotel they did upgrade me to a suite. This was nice.
Staff especially front desk staff were in training and made lots of mistakes. I requested a taxi from the airport and was given a price but NONE showed up. They quoted me $70 and I took an Airport taxi to the hotel for $55. Took more than 30 minutes to check in. They rejected one of my credit cards and required me to use another card. Then they told me that both credit cards were charged (clearly their mistake) and wanted me to fix the problem. Then they wanted to charge me an additional fee> TOO MANY MISTAKES.
