The pool and bar area were nice. The location was good
The staff was incredibly rude. They made it seem as if you were being annoying when asking for anything, let alone when you were trying to get help.
When we got to the hotel there was no one checking guests in. We had to wait around 10 minutes for a lady to check us in who was short of being rude even after she was late.
On the last day I couldnt shower because the water from all faucets was coming out in a brown color. Plus, room service never responded and I had to follow up for 2+ hours to get a bucket of ice and water delivered to the room.
Pool area is unusable after 6PM since it becomes a bar and nightclub area yet no one tells you this when youre checking in.
The restaurant food was average, portions were rather small and staff once again delivered a very bad service. No one got there in 20+ minutes to take our order and when we called one of the waitresses over, the expression on their face made the entire interaction completely uncomfortable.

Pool was nice. Bed was comfortable. I stayed here as it was convenient for the Pullmantur bus that leaves at 5:30am.
Very expensive for what it was. Bathroom had no shower curtain and water got all over the floor and toilet. Tiles on the bathroom floor were cracked and wobbly. Water wasn't very hot. Food from room service was not very good. Overall it was fine but just very overpriced for the tired condition of the place.

The room was awesome and the diferenrente facilities inside the hotel
You can't have guests to come visit you, the cleaning staff waking people up, and the way that we have to pay for everything, even if it's inside the hotel. Those prices should be included already

Stunning finishings on the walls and ceiling all common areas, the breakfast buffet was delicious, everything was so clean and neat, beautiful View from the room but above all , the staff specially the kitchen and dining area staff was so kind and professional.
A mini fridge in the room would be nice , heated pool would be good too m, we couldnt use it because the water was cold.

Comfortable beds, great showers.
Tv controller was missing, bathroom door didnt work, nightstand light didnt work. Breakfast buffet was decent, not spectacular.

Breakfast was good
There were lots of parties in the evenings with very loud music in the restaurant area. There was nothing vegetarian in the menu that was local. I had to bed for refried beans & tortillas - low quality.
