The hotel is nice but overpriced.
I let the hotel know 24 hours in advance that I would be there around 2:30 am. I received a response that they would be waiting for me, I got there at 4:20 am. They had sold my room. I was given a horrible room without a pool view that I had paid $35 extra for, I let Ashley know that my room didn’t have a pool view, She said I could upgrade for an extra $80, When I had already paid $350. For one night. I will never stay at any of their hotels again. In the morning I complained and was offer a free drink. Hahaha

Buffett was not to good for us. My daughter 5yrs old cut her toe on the tile in the pool. Hotel a bit over priced We've stayed at Copantl (not so good). We usually stay at Hilton Princess when in San Pedro. Both of these hotels are approx 1/2 the price

Hotel location and staff
They charged me $20 per day for 8 night for one of my child stating I had to pay for him even he was using our same room beds and stating he had free breakfast even me telling them I didn’t want them to add breakfast for him.I did not agree with that.
