Close to the airport. Flexible check in and checkout times. Good breakfast.
Rooms were kind of clammy and smelled of moisture. But they were accommodating and moved me. Facilities are a little rundown.
What i definitely did not like, was a knock on the door at 10:30am asking me if I was checking out or staying, when the checkout time was until 1pm.
If they have my booking information, that was unnecessary.

Friendly staff, english-speaking. Accommodated my 3.15am check-out very professionally.
I only spent 16 hours in the hotel (traveled downtown for dinner so less, really) but would like to go back again
and spend more nights! Great place & Staff!
There was no washcloth in bathroom and the toilet-roll holder needs secured properly to the wall.

Breakfast was good. Pool was nice. Lots of hot water for shower.
Restaurant was closed for renovation which was disappointing as we had no car. Had to order from a nearby restaurant for both lunch and dinner. The food was average at best. Not a complaint, just want to mention that the room was perfectly adequate but if you're looking for fancy, this ain't your place.

Near the airport, clean, friendly staff. Taxi service, security at the entrance of the hotel, walking distance from a lot of Honduras food, dennys, wendys, poppa johns and many other international chain restaurants

The location is excellent. It is close to the airport, close to dining facilities. There were security measures for guests to feel save. Breakfast was really good.
The sheets and towels looked really worn, and towels had a nonpleasant smell. There is no elevator. A ramp should be enough to access the second floor for guests with challenges.

The location was super convenient for the airport. I really enjoyed me stay and was happy with my choice. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Metrotel Express during my visit to Honduras, and let me tell you, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with a warmth that set the tone for the entire stay. The staff were friendly & attentive, and offered me great recommendations for San Pedro Sula. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. It's conveniently located to the airport, which made my early AM flight a breeze!
Not much to do in the area of this hotel, but it was very easy to grab a cab to tourist attractions.
