The area may be San Pedro Sula's medical zone. There are even veterinary hospitals, with their own ambulances - I've never seen anything like that anywhere in Latin America.
I'd've liked a room with a window...but maybe it would've been too noisy. I believe I was given a choice. I probably made the right one. But still!
