Wonderful
Nice and comfortable bed, clean room and space. This room also include a balcony.
Small issue with the water pipe, but the staff solved the problem quick.

Large, comfortable room. Staff promptly took care of a problem with the air conditioning. Glad that they sell snacks and drinks, including beer, at the front desk.
It's not a great location in the center of San Pedro Sula, where everything shuts down at night, and it's eerily dark. I had to walk quite a ways to find a place for dinner and walk back in the dark. If you plan to go out in the evening, this is not the right hotel for you.

The receptionist wasn't hospitable towards guest. The bedroom did not have required and comfortable bedding. The room was bare of any utilities such as a coffee maker and include information about food restaurant near them. They do not accept my Capital One credit card with the which one I made the reservation

The bed was comfortable and room was clean. There is security in the reception area.
Toilet didnt work!
I arrived very late, left very early so didn't want to make a fuss. Music started at 3.30am in the room across from me. I had asked the receptionist to book a taxi for me, the night before and at 4.30 in the morning said, "oh I couldn't get through....!!! This is not the kind of surprise you need when you have a 5am bus to catch.

The hotel charged us more than their own advertised price. They have no sense of customer service, just want to extract all the money from tourists. The lady at reception was super rude.
The room was barely big enough to store our backpacks beside the bed. No chance of unpacking.
WiFi was patchy at best. I had to cancel a scheduled voice call because the hotel internet dropped off every 30 seconds.
